Estamos un día atrasados porque honestamente ayer no hicimos la rutina. Nos sentimos muy estresados y como que necesitábamos descansar otro día.
Pero hoy le dimos con todo a la rutina y seguimos con el programa. Cada día más cerca al final 💪

It’s time to get this ball rolling again! Picking back up in phase 2 with day 41 yesterday! Feels oh so good to get back into the swing of things with this program. My team has been killing it & their results are amazing 😍 I’m so grateful for them and for coaching, it provides me with so much support and I can take it with me wherever we go!

Some days it's REALLY hard to get up and get going in the morning 🌅.
Today was one of those days.
I'm tired 😴.
My body hurts.
I want nothing more than to go back to bed 🛏️.
But I choose my hard.
It was harder to be over 100 lbs overweight.
It was harder to be out of breath 🌬️ just from climbing a flight of stairs.
It was harder to be miserable 😢 all the time. Miserable with my body... Miserable in my mind 🧠... Miserable in my own skin...
And even though today I'm tired 😴... and struggled through every step 👣 of my workout... and want nothing more than to curl up in a ball, in my favorite yoga pants with my book 📗 and a cup of tea 🍵 ...

Today was raw for me. I had to type out “My story” starting from when I dropped out of high school. Let meeeee tell you it was HARD. Speaking to people about my past is absolutely hard and I was scared of it for SO long because I was ashamed I guess you could say, or scared people would think I am bad person. Do you find any type of excuse to skip your workout? I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve had clients cancel because of weather. I have a simple solution - at home workouts. Doesn’t matter what storm is brewing outside, if your workout is at home. One of the many benefits of my challenge group!
Maybe weather isn’t the excuse you use, maybe it’s something else silly. How can you expect to get the results you want if your always making excuses why you can’t workout or why you can’t eat healthy? 🛑 making excuses, you deserve better!

❌🍛skipping meals/ barely eating meals is not going to make you skinny
❌🚶♀️obsessing over being skinny is a waste of time (strong is so much better!)
❌🏑⚽️You hate playing sports and exercising because you’re EXHAUSTED.
❌😴you’re exhausted because you’re not fueling your body properly
❌🤦♀️stop obsessing over your imperfections
Obviously, I can’t tell that girl a single thing, but I can trust that I’ve had these challenges for a reason. Wellness has NOT come easy for me, but for that reason, I’m able to help others overcome obstacles that I have faced (and continue to face). Meal prep happened two days late this week because #momlife 🙈
Ideally I would have gotten this done on Sunday but I was really sleep deprived and chose rest. So I had to wing my meals yesterday... but I managed to get all my cooking done this morning!
If you don’t get bored easily I recommend picking one or 2 things to make for lunches and keep it simple. I just eat the same things all week except for dinners. Also the 1 pan meals have been saving me lately. This only took me an hour and I got 5 days worth of breakfast (a turkey sausage hash I’m trying, I’ll share the recipe later this week if I like it) and 5 days of chicken sausage sheet bakes for lunches. I also have my Superfood shakes for my afternoon meal and planned out simple dinners for the week.
I could have easily not prepped my food at all this week which would have resulted in lots of eating out and probably too many processed carbs but that would only derail my progress.
Mommin is hard with 2, especially when I’ve been running on little sleep. But those are excuses and if I want to see change then I have to throw away my excuses and get it done!👊🏼

It’s Spring Break...we’re under a tornado warning 🌪 also 🦈...so...yeah. Annnnnyway...this was lunch and it was yummy! @traderjoes saved the day again with their cauliflower pizza crust 😋 now the girls and I are attempting to clean out their closet 😳 and I’m trying not to jump every time it lightings and thunders 😧
Ever have one of those moments where you have the thought, “This is it. When my kids are grown and gone, this is what I’m miss. I wish I could live this moment 1000 times over.”
I was outside in my front yard planting flowers that me, and my then 2 year old daughter had picked out the day before at the nursery. (All pink, I’m not sure she knew flowers grew in any other color, and if she did, they were not acceptable. 😂) .
It was hot, I was sweaty and tired, and from around the corner of the house came this huge smile with a girl attached. Clad in an adorable fedora and swim bottoms, her bouncing blonde curls went wild as she ran. . “Mama! Let’s go sha-wimmin’!”
How can you say no?! So, we changed, (after I tried on every cover up I owned and could try to hide under) grabbed the boat and off we went to the river! .
I took a million pictures and asked my husband snap a few as well. We got home and I started browsing through them on our phones. “Yikes. Oh, that’s not flattering. Nope, nope, nope.” I started embarrassingly deleting the ones I felt uncomfortable about. As I finished I realized, I had deleted myself out of the day. Something that should be so cool to keep forever, I appeared in a whopping ZERO. .
I knew something had to change. I knew I had to change..... I became obsessed with reclaiming my confidence. .
