Starting your day correctly! There are various physiological factors which affect the way your body runs in the morning which can have an effect for the rest of the day. By following some basic, yet essential practices first thing, I feel you can optimise your results, performance and health. First thing in the morning when your stomach is in a fasted state, I feel it's good practice to line the gut with nutrients which help digestion. Ingredients such as a greens powder๐ŸŒฟ, lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹and apple cider vinegar along with glutamine all help the gut in different ways. If you often feel bloated or suffer from indigestion you'll notice far less bloating and indigestion in your gut during the day because of this! Hydration!๐Ÿฅ› After 6-8 hours of sleeping, it is very important to rehydrate. Simply drinking a litre of water with your breakfast is the best way forward.
