It’s a good idea to take periodic photos so the that you can look back and keep track of your progress.. Can be really motivating especially when you have been at a program for a long time! 💪🏽 #danstipoftheday

Never have I ever missed a circuit Sunday in over 2 years and just because I had graduation and moved country last week didn’t mean I would forget! And I suppose the cat is out the bag that I don’t actually film my circuits on a Sunday... 👀 Anyways moving on to the non circuit, circuit Sunday!
1) Kettlebell deadlifts x20
2) Goblet Squat x15
3) Reverse kettle bell lunge x12 (ea)
4) Jump squats x10
And between each exercise it’s 30 double unders.
I did this circuit twice with a rest in between each one. It will get your legs burning and your brows sweating. UK fit fam have a quality day! And Aussie fit fam if I have any I hope you have had a marvellous Sunday!! ❤️

Luckily I have a few bowls in the old phone album to keep me going for a while until I can start making them again! Finally made it to Melbourne and it’s pretty chilly but nothing compared to an English winter! Jet lag is real I have been up since 2am but we will see where the day takes us ☺️

Being restricted with what I can do due to my tail bone and lower back still giving me issues/pain it comes in real handy with the wide variety of the machines they have there. I was still able to get in a good session, hitting the muscles from every angle and leaving with them feeling tender 😏

Bicep exercise 💪🏽 Great exercise for getting some blood flow to ur ⛰ and ending off a back day *Lying bicep curls super set with *spider curls. Light weight (I used 7kgs) 3 sets x 20 Reps each. Cheers @carlyhall___
