Let's chat EGGS!! I'm an egg lover. In fact, last year I had to eliminate eggs from my diet for a whole year to resolve a food sensitivity, so was SOOOO Happy to reintroduce them recently. My gosh the YOLK FEELS SO GOOD TO ME!!! It's so healing, food for the adrenals, mine are on fire at the moment, so I'm lapping up the eggs. They're oh so versatile aren't they!... scrambled, poached, fried, boiled, omelette, frittata, slice, muffins.. I could go on forever 😝 And did you know that egg yolks are one of the few foods that naturally contain vitamin D, amongst a whole lot of other goodies, making it a convenient way to up your intake without having to sit out in the sun. ☀️ Even more reason to enjoy eggs ! I know that not everyone has time in the morning or would prefer to snooze a little longer than cook eggs so today's recipe is a cook once and store for the week kinda meal. Gotta 💗 that!
Spinach, Pea & Smoked Salmon Egg Muffins 🍳
Ingredients 12 eggs
1 x 120g pack smoked salmon, cut into strips
1 teaspoon sea salt
4 tbs flat leaf parsley (or whatever herbs you have on hand) Generous sprinkle of cumin
1 cup plant based milk of choice (I use almond)
Generous cup or two of spinach
1 Cup of Peas
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast or 100g Feta if you can tolerate dairy (more or less as desired) or BOTH! * Buy organic where possible
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and either grease with coconut oil/butter or line muffin pan with squares of baking paper.
3. In large bowl, lightly whisk eggs, parsley, cumin, salt and milk.
4. Add spinach and peas
5. Top with salmon salmon and srinkle through feta in chunks or nutritional yeast 6. Divide egg mix between 12 muffin moulds.
7. Bake for 25 minutes, until egg is just set. Place in air tight container and store in the fridge for a weeks worth brekkies! What is your favourite way to cook eggs? 🍳 📸@pinterest

I hope y’all have been well! I have been very busy these past few weeks getting ready for the holidays. And to be honest- I have not been going “hard” at the gym. I’ve taken some time to allow myself to really heal. I used to workout 5 days a week, sometimes 6 and it was doing more harm than good. I had to learn that the hard way. I wasn’t listening to my body and pushing myself to exhaustion, over stressing my adrenals and not living in balance. .
Thanksgiving can be a tough time with family and food especially if you follow a strict diet. I have to remind myself it’s OK to have 1 day where I’m not perfect! I also have to remind myself that my family loves me even though I’m not married, a millionaire or living out my dreams 100% yet 😭. I plan on relaxing and enjoying yummy food with my loved ones! Then I plan on slowly amping up my gym routine.

I love this! The only way to attract “your people” is to be yourself. Think about it - if you are pretending to be someone that you’re not, you’re going to attract a tribe that has nothing in common with the real you. When you find your tribe they will accept YOU being YOU. They are like a personal cheer squad and who doesn't want that 💃🏼 This makes so much sense to me! I absolutely love my tribe - it's just like an extended family. I'm so lucky and privileged to have the positive, inspiring, loving, kind tribe I have around me and it just gets better and better as I know MYSELF better and I LET PEOPLE IN. Joint fusion... It took me quite a while to find medicine that worked for me. In the mean time I was in so much pain and inflammation that my left wrist joint completely fused and disintegrated.
If you watch the video you can see my left wrist and the complete loss of motion caused by the RA. I show my right wrist after for comparison of how a healthier wrist should move.

👉 How long does it take to reverse an autoimmune disease?
You have to take all factors into consideration.
Some of our clients saw massive results in 2 weeks. Others, it took 5 weeks to start seeing physical improvements and others it was 3 months when ANA became negative. We always check in with past clients to see where they are.
Some people's labs convert very fast, within 6 weeks -- which is amazing. People had positive ANA since childhood!
Irregardless of the time it takes, everyone we have worked with has gotten better and ultimately healed. They were no variables.
And there are a lot of theories why that is.
Most immunology doctors we've talked to say that some antibodies have a life spam.
What we have seen is most people are sick for 10 years before their lab test show ANA test positive. Sometimes it takes up to 6 months for the labs to be normal.
When we saw complete disease reversal, it means no symptoms and labs go back to normal. It really depends how aggressively you go after it. It usually takes a different amount of time.
Sometimes for people with an autoimmune disease, it may take years for the lab test to turn positive even though they have been experiencing symptoms for years.
so if your ANA is positive, you may have had a disease before you even knew you had the disease.
You can get your health back and we are certain of that.
There are a lot of things that can affect healing.
p.s. here is our client Victoria who had a positive ANA for 8 years, diagnosed with autoimmune thyroiditis, ulcers, and IBS even though she was eating a very clean diet. She went back to her doctor 2 weeks later on this protocol and her ANA went from 100 to 40.
She has been symptom-free since!

159 weeks ago, I had NO HOPE.
I had no finger or wrist strength.
I had very little peaceful sleep.
I didn’t go to bed without worry.
I had to get limbered up for a couple hours each morning before actually greeting my day....hot showers were lifesaving.
I also had ENOUGH.
I’ve said this numerous times, but it doesn’t hurt to mention again....we GET TO LIVE the life we WANT to live, and what is currently in your cart of circumstances doesn’t HAVE TO stay.
Return that shit. Trade it in for something more fitting. I did, and today I celebrate NO MEDICATION as my LIFE CHOICE 💕🦄🌈❤️. I get that you think it’s NOT POSSIBLE for you, I did, too. Watched so many documentaries to only end them and say, “That’s great, but NOT for me.” Until, one day, I didn’t. And, here we are 3+ YEARS without those fuggin’ prescriptions later and I’m still kicking, stronger than ever, and I LOVE MY LIFE. Like, I workout and I love it. I eat, and I love it. Have you heard of ‘earthing’ yet? 🌳There are tons of hippie health trends out there--too many to incorporate them all--but this one looks worth a place in your routine!
Think about your daily routine. Most of us wake up, hop in the car, and sit in an office all day. Even those who stay home are indoors most of the day! It’s hard to get the benefits of being outdoors, connecting to nature, and feeling the sunlight on our skin. And there are MANY benefits to connecting to the Earth!
Earthing is thought to reduce inflammation, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep & energy, lower stress, and protect against EMFs. The idea is that direct contact with the Earth neutralizes excess damaging free radicals by absorbing electrons. Long story short--connecting with nature is good for you!
So how can you incorporate this into your routine? If you have the opportunity, spend 10-15 minutes walking barefoot or sitting in the grass each day. Longer earthing sessions are encouraged when possible! But as with all health trends, make it work for you. Spend some time gardening or hiking, or even building sandcastles with your kiddos every so often. The best part is that it’s all free 😁

sodium deficiency is so common because of the common myth that sodium consumption causes high blood pressure. (see my previous post)
salt is a vital nutrient that is crucial to many different processes in the body. one of the ways your body protects this important nutrient is by increasing insulin levels in the blood, which signals your kidneys to retain rather than excrete sodium.
further worsening the issues, low salt consumption increases stress hormones in the blood that promote insulin resistance.
when your salt consumption is balanced, your insulin levels return to normal and you are no longer prone to storing excess fat.
how can you know if you’re sodium deficient? dizziness upon standing, exhaustion after exercise, and high stress levels are possible indicators of a sodium deficiency. if you drink a lot of coffee (which increases sodium excretion in urine) or workout frequently (you can lose up to 1 tsp of salt from 1 hour of exercise) your sodium requirement will also be a lot higher. —
salting your food with healthy salts like himalayan pink salt, celtic sea salt, and ancient ocean salt, drinking mineral water, or dosing salt in lemon or lime juice are all great ways to increase your sodium intake.
