"HUMMAS-tay in tonight” 🥑🥑 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • 2 cups garbanzo beans • 1 Avocado • 2 garlic cloves • Juice from 1/2 a lemon • Juice from 1 lime • Handful of cilantro • 1/4 cup tahini • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1/4 cup water • Salt and pepper to taste ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Add all ingredients expect water to blender. Begin to blend. Slowly add in water to desired consistency. This one was a huge hit! Legs and calves day = 💀death day💀 • One of the reason I like taking videos is so when I don’t have a partner I can always go back and look at my form to make sure all of my movements are correct. For example my Romanian deadlift.
