Sunday that feels like Saturday 🌟bowl with quinoa, turmeric roasted cauliflower, brussel sprouts, delicata squash, shaved almonds, pickled onion, avocado, and salmon, with a side of corn fritters.

The last two days have not been good at all!
Anyways here is Fridays night dinner. Just decided to wing it and made a cauliflower flatbread.
Put cauliflower in a blender, added 2 eggs and cooked over low heat in a pan✌ topped it with some of the slow cooker chicken i made the other day.
Went shopping yesterday again. Spent spent R626.82. Plus the milk and fruit from the other day put my total spend to R2471.38. Then this evening after a music festival I spent R45 on Chinese take out.
I don't think I will have to buy anything more this week so let's see how it goes and how I manage.
Breakfast: pan fried oats
Lunch: quarter chicken and a Sharon fruit
Ran a beer mile and my team won a case of beer! Again balance is healthy!
Dinner: steak and butternut
Went out on an absolute bender for a birthday party and drank way too much
Breakfast: 2 Apple's and 2 rice cakes with no fat cottage cheese
Lunch: pork chop, an apple and a banana
Went a to a music festival in an old war fort and drank again. Snacked on an apple, a banana and 2 oranges.
Dinner: Chinese takeout cause the drunken munchies took over and wasn't keen on cooking dinner.
Another weigh in tomorrow and in fairly confident it won't be another week of improvement with all the social occasions in the last few days

canons, couscous and chicken burger. Ideal lunch for a day of training, today I have to exercise legs 👣 and buttocks abdom (my favorite) so it helps me a lot to get strength and endure🏋🏽🔥
🏋🏽🔥💪🏾 👊🏽, later I will upload the gluteal routine that is more effective and for which I have managed to increase it.
❌ You should not do gluteal exercises every day if you want to increase them, because instead of achieving your goals 💯❗️❗️ you'll get the opposite 😭😥😥

Almuerzo ideal para un dia de entreno, hoy me toca hacer ejercicio de piernas👣 gluteos 🍑🍑y abdominales 🍫🍫( mi favorito) por lo que me ayuda bastante para coger fuerzas y aguantar🏋🏽♀️🏋🏽♀️💪🏾👊🏽 , más adelante subiré la rutina de gluteos que me resulta mas efectiva y por la que he conseguido aumentarlo🍑🍑💪🏾.
❌ no debes hacer ejercicios de gluteos todos los dias si lo que quieres es aumentarlos, porque en vez de lograr tus objetivos 💯❗️❗️harás que consigas todo lo contrario😭😥😥
