Bilirsiniz ki annemin evinde de her akşam avokado yerdim 🥑 Bu yüzden avokado çekirdeğinden yeni avokadolar yetiştirip ev ekonomisi yapmayı çok iyi bilirim. 🤓 Arkada görünen o yeşillikler önceki çekirdeklerden köklendirip, ektiğim ve büyümüş olan küçük bir avokado ağacı. Gördüğünüz gibi yemesini bildiğim gibi yetiştirmesini de biliyorum. Tabii daha ürün verecek kıvama gelmedi minnoşlarım, o yüzden hala marketten avokado almaya devam ediyorum. 🐥Peki hemen karardığı için ve avokadonun tamamını bir günde yiyemeyeceğim için nasıl saklıyorum. Orecchiette with Spinach & Avocado 🥑 So delicious but so simple! Put a lot of garlic and spinach in a pan with olive oil and put on a cover plate. Add some fresh & tasty tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and mix it with the pasta. Heat it up a little. Best way to serve is with parmesan cheese and a perfect ripe avocado. Enjoy!! ☀️

When I say balanced, i mean a meal that will give your body the nutrients it needs to feel satiated for at least 3 hours (depending on the size of the meal). ⠀ ⠀ The key is to make sure you’re getting enough protein, healthy fats and fiber - I find this is especially important with breakfast. You may have heard this before, but breakfast is literally breaking the fast - the 8+ hours without food while you slept. You can think of breakfast as your opportunity to really reset your body and set your metabolism up for the entire day. Getting enough protein, healthy fat and fiber in the morning makes your stomach and brain happy, and makes it easier for you to continue this trend all day. 🙌🏼⠀ ⠀ You’ll stay satiated until lunch - without having to reach for that energy bar, coffee or unhealthy snack by 11am! Make sure your plate is packed with veggies (cooked and raw) and don’t skimp on the fats! 🥑⠀ ⠀ Try adding raw almond butter and a high quality protein powder to your smoothie or oatmeal, or eat something that packs it all in one like pasture raised eggs + kale sautéed in coconut oil (one of my personal faves). ⠀ ⠀ If you don’t already eat this way, try it and see how much different you feel! - Breakfast was 1/3 cup of rolled oats cooked in 2/3 of a cup of unsweetened almond milk. Topped with half a sliced banana, a strawberry and blueberries. - Lunch was two eggs on a bed of spinach. Half an avocado sliced with pan seared strips of red capsicum. - 200g of natural Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries sliced. - Dinner was beef eye fillet, steamed broccoli and two generous tbs of mash. Cuando la avena y las semillas de chia hayan absorbido buena parte de la leche agrega el puré de banano y la canela. Mezclando todo muy bien. Puedes agregarle más leche si crees que está muy espeso. . . And great start to your macros for the day➡️: • 1/2 cup Quick oats • @puruslabs Protein powder • 1/2 cup 2% milk • 1 tbsp of PB • 1/4 of raspberries • 1 Halloween Oreo (I gave up creamer in my coffee for this, okay LET ME LIVE🍪)

Agregan todos los ingredientes a la licuadora/procesador/mixer, y licúan hasta que quede la mezcla con una textura similar a la mezcla para pancakes. . 👉🏼Toppings: 🍌 ½ banano. 🍇 Uvas isabellas (parecen blueberries). ⚠️ OPCIONAL: Miel, maple syrup, lecherita (bajas en calorías, pls!) . . 🍬 Si los quiero un poquito más dulces, simplemente añado más canela en polvo.
