Steamed up beautiful wedges of cabbage with fresh cracked Black Pepper and Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, sauteed Sweet Potato with Avocado oil and seasoned with Cumin, Pink Salt & Black Pepper, & pan toasted an Adzuki Bean Veggie 🍔 & layerd with Dijon Mustard, fresh minced Garlic & topped with Clover/Alfalfa sprouts.
Cabbage has gut-friendly insoluble fiber, which helps promote regular bowl movements (important for colon health), contains many micronutrients, reduces risk of cancer & improves brain/nervous system health.
Garlic is anti-fungal, anti-viral, can reduce blood pressure, and excellent at promote a healthy cardiovascular system.
Adzuki bean is also well-known to promote longevity and also is one of the beans that is more easily digested.
My heart is so full of gratitude after this meal. And to top it off, I had the pleasure of watching a hummingbird sit in complete stillness while enjoying the nectar of a flower it had exchanged with.
