Elegantare, blommigare och lite mer parfymerat än vad vi minns vinet. Helt oekat talar den blålila frukten fritt genom ett filter av rosor, violer, krossade stenar och lakrits. Friska syror och avrundade tanniner ger fin drickbarhet och som vi ser det en alldeles lagom utveckling. Gott, intressant, typiskt och bra utdelning på några års lagring.

조금 연한 루비색입니다. 검은 체리와 잘 익은 서양 자두 같은 과일 향과 제비꽃, 향긋하고 우아한 나무 향을 풍깁니다. 입에 닿을 땐 부드럽지만, 점차 탄닌의 떫은맛이 나타납니다. 무게는 중간 정도입니다. 구조는 탄탄하고 깨끗하며 잘 짜인 것이 마치 비단 같습니다.
깨끗하고 맑은 산미가 매력적입니다. 탄닌은 유리처럼 얇고 탄탄하며 수렴성이 강해서 입안을 세게 조여줍니다. 그래서 메마른 나무 느낌을 남기죠. 그을린 나무와 타임(thyme) 같은 허브 풍미가 두드러집니다. 향과 맛의 느낌이 매우 다르군요. 시간이 지나면 새콤한 산미가 점점 올라오고 매우 부드러워집니다. 여운은 길고 우아하며 세련되었습니다. 여운 속에서 향긋한 산딸기와 메마른 나무, 싱그러운 허브 풍미가 함께 합니다.
깨끗하고 뛰어난 산미, 유리처럼 탄탄한 탄닌, 14%로 강하지만 거슬리지 않는 알코올이 균형을 이루고 새콤한 과일 향과 메마른 나무 풍미 등의 조화가 훌륭합니다.
