So yummy!! I haven't drank pop since November and I have changed what I snack on. Im not on any kind of diet I just watch what I eat. Portion control is the key for me. I have found that eating healthier I'm not as hungry and have tons more energy. Not to mention I can actually 💩! Silly right?? Nope before I was lucky to do that twice a week. So now that I'm eating healthier and drinking water I'm able to go. I got to try a preview workout this morning for the new program I am start in January! 20 mins of total body work with a modifier for all moves. It was quick, challenging and different. One of my favorite days of the week is meeting with the product team. Here we are previewing our much requested new booty booster (coming out this spring). It’s Ah-mazing! 2019 is all about me me me and my kids of course. But what I’m trying to say is I’m not interested in wasting my time on things or people that don’t lift me up or don’t want to support my goals it’s just not the environment I want to be in or around. 🚫
Next year is about myself and making myself a better person inside and out and focusing on the important things in life and making it to the top.
I’ve learnt that life isn’t about having someone or needing someone to complete what make you happy. You can very well do that on your own and be in a better place you can achieve sooooo much.
Don’t be afraid of loving yourself if you don’t you can’t love your kids, your family. Its like the air hostesses tells you to put on your oxygen mask first and then assist others. If you assist the other person first and don’t put yours on you will run out of oxygen and you can’t help others.
Self love 💕 do what makes you happy .

having good scapular strength and stability is important for improving performance and decreasing the likelihood of injury. Learning the correct technique is important, but if you do these exercises rx or want to do exercises such as pull ups , toes to bar, c2b or even muscle ups you will want to improve scapular strength to improve your overall performance. .
When performing a large majority of Crossfit gymnastics exercises such as pull ups there are a couple of ways that the scapular positioning can cause potential for injury; which in return not only decreases an individuals performance but also increasing their chance of compensatory patterns causing further issues down the track. A further problem that can be present when there is poor scapular strength and stability is the stress placed on the tissues in the shoulder such as the rotator cuff. An injury which is seen quite commonly due to the high volume and intensify of work place our upper body through. The muscles of the rotator cuff attach to the shoulder blade so when the shoulder blade does not appropriately support it, then the increase in stress gets placed on other muscles and tissues in the shoulder.
The nice thing about these potential problems in the shoulder, is that they can all be prevented and or removed by improving your scapular and shoulder strength plus control. Below are a range of exercises which can not only strengthen your shoulder blade but also the structures around the shoulder ensuring the strength maintains overtime.👊
