🎄 December 17th: Raspberry Leaf Tea 🎄
Raspberry leaf tea is a herbal remedy that’s supposed to tone the muscles of your uterus and theoretically then help in labour. It takes several weeks to build up in your body, and general consensus is to start drinking it at around 32 weeks pregnant - which is why I figured it was quite relevant to a lot of women’s experience of late pregnancy!
This supposed effect on your uterus means that it has also been linked to easing period pain and aiding reproductive issues which is fairly cool! Although there is no solid evidence for it at present, it does also make a refreshing iced tea in the summer...
As always, do your own research before adding it to your to do list as there are certain complications in pregnancy that mean you could be advised against drinking it!
Did you drink raspberry leaf tea during pregnancy? Did you think it had an effect?
30 week bump y’all 💙 he’s getting so big and moves ALL the time. He really loves when I drink OJ 🍊 roughly 2 months until you’re here little guy! #30weekspregnant
Patiently waiting on a gift from above.
We laughed way too much during this session. Such a fun couple. I am so excited for them to meet their very first baby ♥️
I thought maternity leave pre-baby was supposed to be chill? Between dog walks, errands and seeing friends (no complaints, lol) I feel like I’ve not sat still today! I haven’t quite finished work yet, just reducing my days with holiday, but I just seem to have a to do list as long as my arm! Anyone else feeling less than ready for the big C Day next week?! 😬
Our home is feeling festive now though! We decorated the tree & started getting in the spirit in this weeks vlogs, as well as getting v excited about some pre-baby treats that arrived...link in my profile! #wreathwatch
This was my summer project 🌈 Deciding what to do in here took me way too long! Should I wallpaper, paint a mural, do a gallery wall....the possibilities are endless for baby’s room. In the end I landed on hand painting a fun lion friend and primary colored rainbow so he could feel magical everyday.✨I kept the rest pretty neutral, wanted the room to say boy but not be overly boyish, playful yet sophisticated. I think baby Geo loves it, so what else really matters?! ❤️⠀

Excited to be sending this gallery out today to this beautiful expecting family of (soon to be!) 4. ❤️❄️
Jared & Janine will make incredible parents to their sweet baby girl. I'm sharing all of my favorites from their #scottsdalematernity
session over on the blog today. This one might just be my favorite, but I feel that way about their entire gallery. Capturing growing families and families is a wonderful part of my business that I hope to share more of in the future. Happy Monday, everyone! <3
Looking to each other and the journey ahead
Sean: “You look like you’re in a perfume ad with those pantyhose and eyelashes.”
Me: “I don’t know what kind of magazines you’re looking at.” 😂😆🤣
37 weeks tomorrow and you should’ve seen how long it took me to get both feet in these pantyhose 😳 It probably would’ve been a viral video if Sean recorded it! 😂
And on another note, I can’t decide if I need a double stroller or not! London will be 3 and she doesn’t like to sit for long (unless she has a phone or iPad...duh!). Should I just get the sidekick board for her to stand on or do you think it’s better to have an extra seat (for my bag and when she gets tired)? Helpppp!
The day is finally here ✨ we’re heading away on holidays today, to the place I spent every summer growing up and I couldn’t be more excited to take our boys there! 💙
With that in mind, shipping times for the next 3 weeks will be a little different. If you place an order before 10am this morning, it will be sent today and any orders placed after that will be sent from New Zealand so shipping times to Australia will be slighter longer. But if you’re in New Zealand that’s a bonus, you won’t have to wait long at all!

The other day I heard someone say that being pregnant past 40 weeks is a “special kind of torture”. I’d then suggest that being pregnant past 41 weeks when your first came before 37 weeks is even more... “special” 😬🤪☺️.
It’s easy to whine... about the heartburn and lack of sleep and how long we’ve been waiting and how she’s getting too close to Christmas etc. etc. But at the same time I’m incredibly grateful... that she’s healthy inside, that my body has carried her to term and that I’ve had this luxurious (& longer than expected!) season of slow, soaking in every last drop of my family during the holidays. So that’s what I’m choosing to focus on, at least for today! Come when you’re ready, baby - we’ll be here with open arms, ready to love on you like you wouldn’t believe ♥️. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s hard to describe all the emotions that burst out of our hearts when we find out we’re becoming a parent, and then to see for the first time that tiny human bubba; it’s certainly an explosion of many beautiful yet scary emotions... But bon’t forget to enjoy this Blossoming journey, & your baby bump, because each pregnancy is unique and it’s a beautiful experience! 🤰✨

Write you’re own story, record you’re own moments, read your own lines, record your pregnancy with some ink and paper because; “there comes a point in your life when you need to stop reading other people’s books and write your own”. 🤰 ✍️ -Albert Einstein
Like the idea of journaling during your pregnancy? 📝 📖 🤰
“I can now journal each day and remember every step of this pregnancy and all of our special moments together. ✨
Once I had Leon I felt lost, I had him physically in my arms but apart of me was lost.
I missed the kicks, The special feeling of having him safe and well... all mine. Is that selfish to say ?
It’s just such a special and magical time of our lives and I’m so glad I got my journal from @pregnancyclock
to write down every thought and moment so they can forever be with me”.
