I’ve kinda dropped off the fitness scene for a little while. But I’m back. Today I had a headache to beat that was no joke. 3 Tylenol didn’t touch it, and I don’t take Tylenol or pain killers very often. But I was able to get to the dog park and run with the boys. What a fun it was.......I feel amazing, I’m tired though. And my headache is gone. Tonight I started back where I started 2 weeks ago when I injured myself. This workout is the one that did me in that day!
Not today! Modified the move I originally hurt myself doing, took some of the other ones a little easier too.
But ended it full out burpees 😁💪🏻 feeling so good right now!
So, I've gained some weight. This is not a poor me post! 😁 It's just reality. I have put on some weight and I'm not too happy about it. I've been slacking on meal prepping, and cheating waaay too much in the weekends, and the weekdays. It goes something like this.. oh a little won't hurt, a couple will be ok, a handful of chips will be fine, etc. It's really true how they say, 20% is made in the gym and 80% is nutrition. Or is it 10%? Anyways. I've been good at the gym, just not outside of it. So here I go back on, I really need to find accountability within myself and keep going with my goals. So Day 1. I'll check in weekly, on my progress. Join me if ya like!!! I'm thinking by January I'll be where I want to be!

FITNESS MOTIVATION of the DAY
I'm signing up for the North Shore Swim Series for my last summer in Hawaii! So, I've been trying to get more consistent with my swim workouts and its been a bit of struggle because swimming alone is boring. Usually I do math in my head to pass the laps 🤓but there's only so much long division a girl can do. .....
I've been so hooked on audible and spotify podcasts during walks (I don't run much now due to arthralgia) and chores that it would be awesome to use that addiction to get to the pool more often! Swimming is a great low impact workout; I always knew it was a lifelong sport, but I didn't think I'd have joint damage at a young age and NEED a low impact workout! Fingers crossed I might win a delphin so I can link my audio-addiction to my favorite sport! Who knows, I might only get out of the pool between audiobooks 😂. I'd love to use it in some training swims to the Mokes from Lanikai! Oh and I could use it for surfing too 🤙
