* Superset (3-4x's) 12-15 reps..... Exercise #1
~ Mid - Back / Latisimus Dorsi - Inverted / Mid. Back Rows.
*At the start, I was doing a hand release at the top, adding some explosion, power & plyometrics to the exercise. These really work your core great too, you're holding your body in a straight plane, in line. Exercise #2
~ Kettlebell, alternating Back Rows. Great to burn out and isolate what you first started with the inverted rows.
