happy when i’m holding dumbbells, especially when today was my very first day doing LIIFT4!!! guys this program is so amazing already and i just had my first day...first off my chest and triceps burned sooo good due to the supersets, the HIIT burned allll the calories and didn’t even last long, and the core moves had my abs on fire and were unlike any i’ve ever done! and the workout went by so quickly! so excited for day 2 tomorrow and for my biceps to literally DIE. i cannot freaking wait to see my results at the end of this program!
Did back day and gotta say, doing cable rows is the favorite part of my workout. Did 70lbs for 2xAMRAP(15+). Near the end of a workout, this feels great and let's me feel my whole back working.
I've been making steady progress and maintaining strength during my cut. Looking forward to what's to come!
