A truly wonderful way to be welcomed back home on the East Coast......with a gathering of beautiful people for an incredible cause, and a whole lotta bacon! I mean for a homecoming, that to me is the #holytrinity
. I was a little late to arrive, much of the #CACBaconfest2018
was well on its way, but Lloyd and I still had plenty to eat, plenty to listen to, and some great conversations insued. I don't remember all the bands that played, but they were all incredible but #copilot
may have stole my heart.
On my cross country tour, podcasts became my norm, conversations were over a gas pump, or a restaurant counter, so it was nice to sit, and talk story with people I have grown to know and enjoy every second with them. The #ContinuumArtsCollective
is something that more people should know about, and there should be more like them. As the arts disappear from our collective consciousness we need organizations like this giving outlets to kids that may not have the exposure, may not have the means to the Arts. No matter how far I am away from #CAC
I will always do my part to give a helping hand. Long live #ContinuumArtsColllective
, long live those that love, that do, that teach, that share, and help support the Arts. Without Art, I dont know what I would be doing when my NHL career got off-roaded when I was 16 and discovered girls, best buds, and a good Saturday night party rather than a bus ride to North Bay. Keep up the great work #CAC
and thank you for allowing me to help!
