Not too shabby. Crumb is a bit tight but has decent texture. 80% hydration. Stoneground Wheat, Rye, White mix. Mild-moderately sour flavor.
More bread. Because that’s what’s going on around here lately. I’m on my 3rd recipe test so if this one works again then I’ll be pleased!! Using someone else’s sourdough recipe can be a challenge bc we all have our different time schedules - and sourdough can take time. But I’ve developed my own to fit my own schedule which makes it infinitely easier for me.
