-250g peanut butter/nut butter of choice
-100g unsweetened coconut flakes
-200g vanilla protein powder
-1 tsp vanilla
-4 tbs stevia (optional)
-1/2 cup (approx) of cashew/almond milk
-dark chocolate (for coating)
... 👩🏼🍳mix together peanut butter, protein powder, and stevia until crumbly texture. Gradually add in milk until you get a dough texture, stir in vanilla. Roll into balls (recipe makes 22), freeze for 20 minutes. Dip into melted chocolate, and pop them back into the freezer🤩

A big part of how I'm best using my time and handling the heat is taking a couple of hours in the afternoon, when it's hottest, to prep dinner. Chop veg, cube meat, make a salad dressing, whatever I can do ahead of time. Down to chopping garlic! It means I can spend more cool time outside working, then throw dinner together quickly once mosquitoes chase me back inside.
And now that we have a second fridge to use (!!!) in the house, it means I can occasionally prep the WHOLE meal! (today that included the passed first-day-of-summer zucchini chocolate chip muffins). So, stuffed peppers in the oven (extra filling in the freezer) and I'm back outside!

I spend half and our writing a super emotional and inspiring text but as many things in life, shit just gets down sometimes. I truly believe we can become everyone and everything we strive for in life. But we don't have to. You don't have to. You are already good as you are. So let's just strive to get the best version of ourselves cause and the end of the day, we are stuck with ourselves, well, forever. Went from depression to my best self, inside and out, emotional balance and also physical looks. Things turned, I fell into anorexia and depression again, leading be to binge eating and an even deeper hole. But that's not how it must me. I am sad but I am not ready to literally dig myself a hole in the ground. There is still some light beneath my shattered mind. I know I'm sick but I also know that things can turn brighter. Let's do it together. Whatever it is. I want to find happiness again. I want to do more art and meet more friends and I want to involve in projects that I love. I want to feel good in my skin, take the most beautiful walks and have the most amazing workouts. I want to get back on track. I want to get my sixpack back to prove myself that I actually CAN do it all over again. And you know what. I will. And you too.
Today is the 24th of may and it will mark the day I stopped emotional binge eating. There is wonder in life and one must not result to food to cope with sadness. Feelings are perfectly fine. Eating the feelings is not.

I’m human. Definitely have my downfalls and weak points. I’ve had a LOT of times where I got off track, whether in my frequency, intensity, or workouts. But things turn around, especially if you remember your WHY🤔. .
