The answer depends as much on what you eat as with any other diet. So, last week I gained 2.5lbs from binging for 4 days 🙈 . I’ve finally managed 7 perfect days this week & I’ve just weighed myself for results... 😏 . This week, I’ve lost 3.75lbs!! 🎉 . I am so happy right now as I’ve not seen the scales this low in ages!! 😩 . I’m now 8.75lbs away from my pre-holiday weight (back in July) which is what I’m trying to get back to 🙃 . ... ⠀🍞 Хлеб без молока, яиц, масла и дрожжей 🙈 Хочу с вами поделиться хлебом, который я обожаю. Внимание: готовится с 1 ингредиента 😁 ⠀✔️Зеленая гречка -400грамм; ⠀Я ещё добавила кусочки запечённой тыквы 🎃 и свои любимые специи - орегано, сушенные овощи🍅🥕 и весенние травы 🌿🍀☘️ ⠀Зелёную гречку нужно тщательно промыть, и залить водой на 12-14 часов 🙈. ⠀Затем слить слизь, пробить блендером в однородную массу с 200гр чистой холодной воды и оставить на ферментирование ещё на 12-14 часов в теплое место. Тесто будет расти и увеличиться немного в размере. ⠀После этого, добавляем тыкву🎃( или можно вяленые помидоры🍅, оливки, морковь 🥕 и т.д.),специи, соль, и выливаем тесто в силиконовую форму. Сверху посыпать можно семечками или орешками. Here's my protein brownies when I trialled them in single serving trays! It worked quite well in terms of convenience but I had concerns about creating added packaging waste. It also slowed things down a lot as I'd have to weigh and fill each one individually, AND oven trays had much more limited capacity as a result. Boo. . What I do now is much larger trays & slice them up; these trays are to be delivered to specific stockists or divided into servings for selling direct to customers. . I will be at LOUGHBOROUGH CHRISTMAS MARKET 🔥 university is finalising the exact date of the stall I'll be on but it's currently looking like Wednesday December 12th. BANANA AND COCONUT PANCAKES 140g wholemeal flour 2 ripe bananas 2 eggs 125mls milk 1tbsp desiccated coconut 1. Mash bananas. 2. Whisk milk and eggs. 3. Add flour and coconut to egg mix and finally add the banana. 4. Heat oil in a small frying pan and one eighth of the mix. 5. Flip after 2 minutes and cook for a further 2 minutes. we all have bad body image days(even the people with “body goals” on ig). seeing your body change is challenging, whether you’re gaining muscle or losing weight. when I first starting lifting, clothes weren’t fitting since I had gained muscle mass, making me feel super unconfident. I still have those days, which is totally normal. Now, I realize that if you’re working toward a goal, the process won’t always be smooth sailing, you might want to give up on a few occasions. most importantly, remember to do it for yourself and no one else🌸
