THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET FUCKING VULNERABLE.
This weekend on retreat we explored vulnerability; what it means to be vulnerable, how it feels, what holds us back, where we can integrate it into our lives a whole lot more.
I started applying this new vulnerability into my life, speaking my truth, valuing my worth, looking stupid, and admitting when I was wrong. To be honest I woke up with a bit of a vulnerability hangover this morning.
I knew I needed my practice this afternoon but what transpired was an experience so beautiful and powerful it has reminded me so much about what my yoga practice can be. I felt so Strong and Open; open enough through my heart to get into this pose for the first time!💗 The body and the mind are so linked, a tension in the mind shows up in the body and vice versa. Let your body be your vehicle to learn about the nature of your mind. Then use this knowledge and wisdom to better your life with love and honesty, for yourself and all those we share this earth with.
