Prawns stir fried with ginger and tamarind (see previous post for how to prepare tamarind for cooking) and bok choy and broccoli which are both nutritional power house veggies. Instead of noodles I placed my stir fry on a bed of raw bean sprouts 👊🏻💚🥦🍤

Beef carpaccio is a great low carb choice at an Italian resturant. A lot of the negative effects of red meat eating are actually related to the compounds produced when we cook it so raw meat is generally safer in this regard (provided its good quality to prevent contamination). To do it yourself use beef tenderloin thats very cold or even partially frozen and slice it super thin. Top with caper berries, parmesan, rocket, lemon juice, salt and pepper

Simple, scrumptious and #banting
80g cream cheese
1/2tsp cream of tartar
Separate the eggs. Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat to stiff peaks.
Add the cream cheese to the egg yolks and combine fully.
Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk and cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to over mix at this point.
Spoon onto grease paper on a baking tray. They will expand so be sure to leave wide gaps between each one.
Now it's into a preheated oven at 180°C / 350 °F for about 15-20mins
The mix will make a dozen buns.
That's it. Simple!
Great as a bread substitute or with your favorite tuna / chicken / egg mayo mix.
