Well. Bars, Bags & Breakfast didn’t disappoint. Absolutely BLOWING this morning. Best Bar class I’ve done. Purely because I’m feeling stronger/fitter and therefore able to push myself to my limits. Bags on the other hand 👀 well what a stupid decision that was 🤣. Whoever pissed Pegler off this morning, thank you! #hitler

Ok, I’ve got to brag on myself a little bit this morning. Today is the last day of a program I’ve been following to build up to testing my 1-rep max for squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press. It’s been a huge success for me and this week I tested all my lifts and exceeded my initial goals. Here are my results for where I started to where I finished:
Bench: 75 ➡️ 115
Overhead Press: 40 ➡️ 75
Squat and Deadlift: 150 ➡️ 205
The starting weights were not my max but just what I would typically lift when I wasn’t following any plan, so not exactly a fair comparison. But at the end of day, my strength and confidence is way up so that I feel good about continuing to add more weight to that bar.
A few years ago I put a ton of work into training for a half marathon and I was proud of that, but this is way more fulfilling! 😎 #whoneedsrunning ?

Hi followers , today is a very great day like always that we have the bech press and squat into the same session .
In this image i’m doing the barbell row just for warm up.
The workout takes this two elements and work push strong using sets based on 4x5 and 2x6 using a percentage around 80% and 85% with some complementar excercise to push a lot of blood and nutrients at the end of the workout .
It’s a good strategy and without doubt needs a lot of focus !
