🏋 Just a *short little video of one of my favorite arm exercise. 🏋 . I start with my arms down at my side and raise them only half way up. 👉 Then I start with my arms straight and raise them to the top. . Barbell tricep high pull for tri's. Keep a narrow grip (wide grip focuses more on shoulders and rear deltoids.) and pull your up and out until it's aligned with the your shoulders, release slowly and repeat. Today was a chill #LegDay #workout and corework because I was trying to listen to my body, and it was telling me to take it easier. On thurs I had an incredibly short #run because my legs were 100% fried that I stopped after 12:22 😔 I also walked around 1.5 hrs total that day. I was frustrated because when you hit the wall like that, it means you were overdoing your #training to begin with, so you are hindering consistency. And consistency is the most important aspect of training. So yea I hit the wall again so I'm waiting until Weds for outdoor #running again and hopefully take it easier (30 min max for now) and not force long runs and hills. 🏃‍♀️ On leg day today I focused on quality reps and taking my reps slower than normal (creates a better burn and more challenge for my #muscles ) because I tend to rush #weighttraining ! Leg curl, leg extension, #bodyweight #squats , #dumbbell calf-raises, walking #barbell #lunges , Romanian deadlifts , #deadlifts , seated #legpress and abductor-adductor for #glutes Plus #planks and some basic #gymnastics since I've been craving to do it again lately! SWIPE 👉🏽 for a full body compound exercise workout 💪🏽 Try this workout lifting HEAVY and see the gains flow 😍 Do 4-5 rounds. First round with warm up weight as I have done here 😎 . 1️⃣ x12 Straight leg narrow grip deadlifts with barbell. Bring the bar to kneecaps or just under. Slight bend in the knees. . 2️⃣ X12 Barbell squat pulses. Hips back and down to 90degrees. Go all the way down, lift up a tiny bit, down again then all the way up. . 3️⃣ x12 Deadrow - deadlift down then bring the bar up to your bellybutton. Squeeze the elbows back at the top of your row. . 4️⃣ X12 barbell hang cleans - pull the bar up and rack it onto your collarbone and into a small squat, then release the bar back down. Keep the bar close to your body the whole time! . 5️⃣ x10 (each leg) backward stepping lunges. Bring the back knee down to the floor and keep the front leg parallel to the ground. . SQUATTED 315 X 20!!! I’ve hit 315 for 20 before and probably had a couple reps left in the tank. Should’ve squeezed out a couple more reps. Definitely a ton of volume today. Volume is Weight x Reps x Sets and is the main thing that determines muscle growth along with progressive overload. Vascularização A vascularização é um assunto pelo qual recebi alguns questionamento e gostaria de levantar o tema abordando alguns fatores 1) Diminua percentual de gordura : o fator principal sem dúvidas um baixo percentual de gordura vai torna ainda mais evidente a vascularização e para que essas veias apareça uma dieta com alimentos saudáveis e defict calórico vai contribuir para um menor percentual de gordura. 2) a influência do treino : o treinamento está  diretamente relacionado  na vascularização, de modo que o tempo de treino de uma pessoa e de que forma a pessoa treina fazem totalmente a diferença. Sabe-se que o treinamento com peso, no nosso caso a musculação, com o tempo aumenta o calibre das veias, por ser necessário ao corpo otimizar o retorno do sangue. 3).Temperatura: temos que pensar também na temperatura, pois uma das funções do sangue é regular a temperatura corporal. Em uma situação de esforço (treino), o sangue é bombardeado de forma mais forte, gerando um aumento na temperatura corporal, o que faz com que o sangue vá para as veias periféricas para refrigerar e manter a temperatura ideal do corpo. Cabe lembrar que os suplementos pré treino geralmente contem cafeína, taurina e outras substâncias que aceleram o organismo e aumentam o calor corporal, provocando uma vasodilatação.
