THAT SAID, these struggle rolls tasted DELICIOUS- and low key way better than the original ones, probably cuz I added shrimp and basil, instead of shredded chicken- which transformed the whole roll. Plus, my favorite homemade peanut dipping sauce 🤤🤤 I’m definitely gonna be making these again, and rolling better (I hope 😅) but in the meantime....

The best thing about summer is that it doesn’t require much cooking. Perfectly ripe tomatoes 🍅, Burrata, fresh herbs 🍃 - no need for complicated recipes and taste delicious. Aaand maybe accompanied by a watermelon cocktail? 🍉🤫
