The Hobby Lobby store next door to the gym was bustling. I hustled on the elliptical for some HIIT action, instead and watched I Love Lucy while sweating 😅Why not?
Don’t be afraid to ask for help. If you need to go to therapy, talk to a friend, loved one or anyone who will lend a ear please just ask for help and talk through what you are going through. I couldn’t be more thankful or my family and boyfriend for listening to me talk about everything that I am going through.

Some Saturday couch R and R after 15 mins HIIT and 25 mins LISS. For HIIT I use the treadmill to do 30 second sprint sessions. So 30 second sprint, 30 second rest (I jump on and off) 🏃♀️ Heart beat got up to 184 so I hope that’s fat burning 😂🤔
5 - 7 - 8 - 9 months 💕 I don’t know how many times I’ve had to explain that the “due date” is at 40 weeks not 9 months (36w), because when I say I’m 9 months preggo people are like “so you are due today?” Hahah 😂 But remember due dates are estimates, anytime between 37-42 weeks would be “fine”, so the real possible delivery day is within a big 5 week window...! I am now begining my 9month (36w) and my PRE labor symptoms suddenly began last Friday, when I told you my (non braxton) contractions started (I’ve had braxton since the 2nd T). Since Friday, I have been feeling my body slowly prepping for labor and yesterday my midwife checked and yes. It is! As you know every body is different, and ANYTHING can happen, this process sometimes can take days, or weeks. What new things have I been feeling since Friday? Mainly cramping, tons tons TONS of pressure, some “lightning” feeling & frequent rhythmic longer and more intense contractions with a peak that are pretty much always there. What am I doing since then? Exactly what my body is telling me: Resting and taking my daily magnesium 🙌🏼 I’m so happy my SPA birthday getaway is tomorrow and right after that we are heading to our Christmas getaway, up in the mountains, so I have a fully relaxing week ahead 🙏🏻 And dont worry, both destinations are an hour from LA, we can get to the birthing center quick if we need to haha 😆

After having to be on medications for my many mental illnesses that I have, I have come to an understanding that I will always be on them. I used to battle the doctors, family and myself about being able to get off my meds. But the reality is, my cocktail of pills are the reason I am still alive today. Most importantly and most recently I learned about the importance of the time you take your meds and bring consistent at taking them at the same time. Mental health is apart of who I am.

- Not Doing The Work But Still Feeling Upset?-

says, "don't be upset with the results ou didn't get from the work that you didn't do".
I know this is hard to hear... but I need you to be honest with yourself. Did you make the decision to commmit? I mean, really commit? Go all in and succeed at all costs? or did you simply put down the money\buy the course\ pay the mastermind but not actually DO any of the work you need to be doing?
Every year during Cyber Monday i KNOW there are a bunch of people out there, buying courses, joining masterminds, signing up for X, Y, Z. And that's great. You should be proud of yourself for taking that first step and making the investment in yourself\your business\your life.
BUT...if you don't actually DO the work that is assigned in these courses, masterminds, or whatever... do you think you're going to become successful JUST BECAUSE YOU PAID FOR IT?
Sorry boo but thats not how success works. You have to invest the $ but you also have to invest the time, effort and energy in doing the work and implementing whatever you learn. It simply won't work if you don't.
Waking up to see the sun rise had become a new daily goal of mine. A lot of this depends on the night before to make sure that I go to bed at a good time and that I get solid good sleep. With this effort, I get to see the world say hello to our own beautiful star and watch my hemisphere start their day. It’s the little things in life that we all take for granted.
Whatever you are facing today, God had already prepared it in advance for you and He wants you to succeed! The Bible says that he strengthens us with his spirit and I think that’s so beautiful. 💛

Today’s workout was particularly difficult.
I’ve had a really good week, but I just couldn’t find the motivation to get to the gym today. 😒
My brain helped me with 20 reasons not to go... 🙄. But then one small voice that pushed me by reminding me about the promise I made to myself of getting in 6 days this week, Is what I grabbed & changed to be off before I could over think it. 💕
Sometimes the Motivation would be Majorly missing........ But you will Always Always find it within you to push yourself🌟
On a side note: I remembered to braid my hair because yesterday while doing my bent-leg raise & hip lift on a mat I kept a kettlebell hear my head to only get my hair stuck under it, which I just yanked away to have a good chuck of my hair stuck under the bell. 🙄🙄🙄 #notcool
