We had a day full of packing, and cuddles.
Realized I hadn’t posted on my actual page in a week. Something that’s very rare for me. Social media is often my emotional outlet- as I don’t interact with many people outside of my clients throughout the week. I no longer enjoy sharing all my personal details on social media though, as people I once considered “friends” like to spin what I write into something negative.
Regardless, I’ve had a stressful week and I’m having a very difficult time accepting the fact I need to take off for 4-6 weeks from training hard. I know that the time off will provide me mental clarity, and a greater appreciation for my workouts. I just have a hard time accepting it. I’m grateful for @kyle.wilkes
getting me into the best shape of my life and I look forward to coming back strong and preparing for a possible stage debut in 2019. One last week of solid lifts until the little break 💪🏻
Phase 3 results are in,6 more workouts in peak week and my 80 day obsession journey will be complete, bitter sweet for sure. I absolutely love this program and feel so much stronger!

My meal prep took me 9 hours today😬
Let me explain....
We went to the grocery around 1030 or so and got most of what we need for this week. We get home around 11ish and I start to put groceries away while Bryan goes to do yardwork. .
I start sorting things to get my food prepped and ready. My PLAN was that it would only take like 15 minutes TOPS to get EVERYTHING for my meals, with the exception of dinner, prepped. Ive been gone since Thursday so I'm like, keep it simple this week. Great plan right??
I get a few things measured out and into containers before I hear "Moooooom, mom, mommy, mooooommmmyyyyy, Mom, mom, mom, hey mom, maaaaaaooooom"
And he wants to play trains. 🚂🚂 As mentioned, I've been out of town so I missed my little guy so we play for a while. Then he wants to snuggle. 😍😍😍 Then allie needs to go potty.🐶
Then Bryan comes in and thinks he has poison ivy everywhere so he needs benadryl and calamine lotion. 🍃
Then the laundry needs to be switched🧦👖🧥👗. Then we go outside and play Sodor for a while. 🚂
Then Miles needs a quick bath to get all the dirt and mud off.🛁 Then we have lunch.🥪🥗🍎 Then its nap time so I try and lay down with him and get him down to nap but after 20 minutes it's obvious he ain't napping. So I put him in our bed thinking he might nap there. 😄😅😐🤨😣😌😴
Then I answer some emails and talk to a few friends.❤👭 Then Miles is up again and wants to play so we play.🤷♀️ Then it's time to go to mammaw and pappaws for Sunday dinner. 👍👍👍🧓👴
Then we get home and its bath, story, bed.
THEN I TAKE THE 15 MINUTES AND FINALLY GET THE DARN FOOD PREPPED!!!! 👏👊🤘🖖✌🖐 I will leave you with this, whether it takes you 15 minutes or 9 hours, have a plan and dont make excuses to not set yourself up for success. A failure to plan, is planning to fail. See yall around 5 tomorrow morning!!! (eh heeh)

After taking in as much information I could and learning from amazing coaches, one of the biggest takeaways I received was knowing YOU can be your own worst enemy 👎🏼
Those limiting beliefs of “I can’t do this”, “I’m not good enough”. “I won’t succeed”, etc. are what holds you back from achieving ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you want 🙌🏼
I have my own limiting beliefs and I made a decision to STOP formulating those thoughts and create positive affirmations 🥂
Being surrounded by people who empower each other gave me chills! I am so thankful to have met with my team of WONDERFUL women and be a part of this incredible event. I am motivated, driven, and goal orientated because of Coach Summit 2018 🎉

This was SO tasty. 🙌🏻 I have very few groceries left at this point and need to go shopping ASAP, and so usually in that situation I would eat like half a jar of peanut butter or maybe a frozen pizza 🤷🏻♀️... but I pushed through and made this instead! 💪🏼👙 ✅ 1 can of flaked tuna in water, chopped celery, tomatoes and a pickle, mixed with 1 tbsp of low fat tzatziki and salt & pepper, on top of the few pieces of lettuce I had left and voila! A @2bmindset

My friends negativity is poison and must be avoided and understood at all times.
Do the right things to allow yourself to respect yourself thus allowing you to build the foundation to the quiet eco chamber that allows you to process and advance.
