It’s a spicy, bean filled fiesta🙌🏼 The most delicious vegan dip!
I had mine on toast this afternoon topped with pickled pink Onion, Chili flakes and fresh Coriander.
You can incorporate this dip when you’re cooking Mexican inspired food like tacos, quesadillas and nachos! Don’t forget to accompany with avocado, sweet corn, pickled pink onion and tomato salsa! 🇲🇽 🇲🇽 🇲🇽 I think I’m going to incorporate this dip into something delicious for dinner tomorrow... stay tuned... but here is the recipe for my Spicy Red Bean Dip.
🌮🌮🌮 INGREDIENTS: •1/2 Cup Speckled Red Beans - soaked overnight to help air better digestion. •1 TBSP Soy Sauce.
•1 clove Garlic.
•1/2 Red Pepper.
•1 tsp Cumin.
•1 tsp Salt. •Add soaked and drained beans into a pot of water. •Add in chopped Red Pepper and all remaining ingredients can stay whole as we will blend later. •Cook with lid on for 45 minutes.
•Remember to refill with water if needed. •After the beans are cool set aside to cool before blending your delicious concoction into a dip. •Serve with your desired option and enjoy! ~

The main ingredient is adzuki beans - widely available online and in some supermarkets. Make sure you soak your in plant of water overnight and enjoy how quickly they cook the next day!
Adzuki beans are not the most flavourful bean around but treat them with some nice earthy umami ingredients and the result is amazing. Te perfect snack or side for period week! 💕
Adzuki bean dip:
- 100g dry adzuki beans
- 2x roasted peppers
- spring inion
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- coconut aminos
- 3 tspb olive oil
- S&P to taste
Boil the adzuki beans and while still hot crush them with a potato masher. I prefer mine chunky but soft so I take care crushing them all really good. Put all other ingredients - apart from the roasted peppers - in a chopper and whizz until you’ve got a pesto consistency. Add roughly chopped peppers and pulse - it’s nice to have little chunks of colourful pepper throughout the dip. Add the sauce to the beans and enjoy your bean dip! 👉🏽 2x tin butter beans (reduced salt)
👉🏽 soy milk 👉🏽 nutritional yeast 👉🏽 salt
Method: Chuck beans in a blender and add as much soy milk as you like to reach the consistency you like. Add nutritional yeast & salt to taste 🤗😗👌🏽

Score big with this Basketball Bean Dip!🏀🏀🏀 What You Need
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup prepared guacamole
1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
1 can refried beans or refried black beans
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips (for dipping)
Using a Chinet® Classic White® Dinner Plate, place crushed tortilla chips on the bottom.
Layer shredded lettuce, chopped onion, drained tomatoes and guacamole.
In a small mixing bowl, mix the refried beans, taco seasoning and the sour cream together.
Spread on top of the guacamole with a spatula.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the bean mixture.
Arrange sliced olives to make the lines of the basketball.

Took this TUSCAN BEAN DIP to my parents’ house last night to celebrate my dad’s birthday - it’s his favorite, and my mom’s recipe, so I knew it would be a crowd pleaser😋
3 cans white cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 14oz can no salt added petite diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 red onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup basil leaves, chopped
1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
Crushed red pepper, to taste
Dry oregano, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl and mix together. Add 2 bay leaves on top and cover loosely. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours prior to serving. Remove bay leaves and serve at room temperature. Is best served with a whole wheat baguette and the leftovers, which you can store in an air tight container in the fridge for 5 days, taste great on top of pasta or chicken breast🍅🌿🥖
