What is your Yoga?
Everywhere we look we are told "this is yoga" or "this is not yoga". So what is yoga really?
Yoga is truly and deeply living the very moment you are in, as the very person you are. This moment is NOW, not what could be or what was, and you are YOU, not what you think you should be or should not be.
So find anything that lets you really feel and enjoy the moment. That fills your space with a sense of being rather than a worry, contemplation or aspiration.
Whether that happens in a handstand, a deep stretch, while sitting on a park bench or cuddling your dog. Who cares? You've found your yoga!
