Rollercoaster weekend! What a weekend🤯 Filled with laughter, joy, happiness and great moments. But, yeah for me there’s often also a BUT involved, when it comes to being in a happy place. But also full of regrets, disappointment and mentally difficult times. A big group of fantastic guys from home, came to visit this weekend. I decided to join them for the daytime activities. It is always fun to be around this bunch! There's never a dull moment when you are with them and I love every moment😄 After I decided to leave the #F458weekchallenge I was able to relax a bit and enjoy things more. So I had a few beers and drinks on Friday and also gave myself permission to eat less restricted. That decision resulted in less guilt when in the moment (great and how it should be) but also a massive Binge Eating sesh Friday evening and too much (in my head) guilty food over the weekend... I got tipsy Friday evening and ended up buying a shawarma on the way home as none of the easy options in Sainsbury appealed to me. I was SO hungry when I got home by 8.30pm, that after eating that monster of a meal I demolished a bag of crisps (didn't even enjoy) and continued to eat a lot of chocolate which resulted in the worst stomachache the entire night and the next day. I went easy on the breakfast Saturday and had a proper veggie meal in the evening but again ended up eating over half a bag of crisps (again not a favourite taste of mine), just because we had them in the house and I tried not to be over-controlling and restrictive. It seems to happen for me often when I ease up my restrictions on food. I want to be less restrictive but end up eating way too much! It doesn't matter what we have in the house. If we don't have anything really unhealthy, I will just get my calories in, in another way. After a weekend like this my mind was totally fucked yesterday. I had so many happy and positive feelings and moments floating around in my body mixed with all the disappointment over my lack of self-control and disgust over myself, that I was basically just one big emotional mess yesterday and a shitty girlfriend who was angry and unhappy about everything....

Wij mochten vanochtend genieten van dit heerlijke ontbijtje - Een aanrader !! 🍌👍🍽️ ✅ Tip van onze diëtisten: ontbijt muffin (vanaf stap 4) Ingrediënten: • 30 g havermout • 125 g banaan • 100 g magere melk • 1 ei • Snufje kaneel of speculaas/koekkruiden Bereiding: • Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. • Prak de banaan fijn, voeg de melk en het ei toe en roer goed door. • Voeg als laatste de havermout en specerijen toe en roer nog eens goed door. • Schenk het mengsel in een muffinvormen(siliconen). Je kunt 4 tot 5 muffins maken met deze hoeveelheden. Extra tip: Maak een grote voorraad van de muffins. So I started my job in January, in February I got these shorts, a size 34 which was quite snug too. I know I've posted alot about my weight loss but I am really proud of it. My initial goal was to loose 10kg. Which I started at 83kg and I did eventually get to 73kg. But obviously me being me wasn't happy. I then decided even before i achieved that goal I wanted to get down to 65kg. Yesterday I weighed in at 65.1kg and fuck me I am so friken happy! I am now down to a size 28 and a massive 18kg weight loss! Проявление данных признаков вследствие употребления большого количества глутамата называют «синдромом китайского ресторана» в связи с тем что в восточной кухне эта добавка используется во многих продуктах в больших количествах. ⠀ Также в Японии было проведено исследование, в ходе которого ученые на подопытных крысах доказали, что глутамат натрия приводит к ухудшению зрения, накапливаясь в стекловидном теле и истончая сетчатку глаза. Крысы получали очень большие дозы вещества (10% и 20% от дневного рациона) на протяжении долгого времени. В малых дозах глутамат не приводил к ухудшению зрительного восприятия. Однако через некоторое время в интернете поползли слухи, что глутамат натрия накапливается в хрусталике глаза и приводит к ранним заболеваниям органов зрения. Верить этому или нет — личное дело каждого. Научных подтверждений этому нет, но увлекаться употреблением добавки, наверное, не стоит. ⠀ Действие добавки основано на усилении чувствительности рецепторов человеческого организма, в связи с тем что глутамат натрия действует на нейромедиаторы, увеличивая тем самым проводимость нервных каналов и силу импульса. Эффект действия добавки длится около 20 минут. ⠀ Мое однозначное мнение на этот счёт - исключить !!! Всегда читать состав и никогда не брать продукты, содержащие Е621.
