It's something I have had to #work
on (pretty much my whole life...and maybe a few former lives as well) but, I'm getting better.
good most of the time, work out every day, spend time on #selfcare
(not enough) and even sleep in sometimes...😄
Despite all that, I can still manage to make myself feel bad about #datenight
once asked, "Why do we do that?" .
So tonight, after a fabulous dinner with family...💕
. (where I gutted a shrimp burrito, skipped the rice, and hydrated like a sweaty desert goer)
...I'm gonna TRY to think about the great #conversation
, time with loved ones, and relaxing night at #home
...Instead of all the guilt-garbage I typically dump on myself.
