While I’m prepping for lunch I may as well prep for breakfast too. Lately I’ve been having my Creamy Vanilla Lean mixed in water for Breakfast but since I’ve got this fruit I thought I’d change it up. I don’t know about your house but here in mine mornings can be a little chaotic, ok maybe not just a little. 😆 (it is getting better though). This week for breakfast I’m gonna change it up a bit for even more #success

! It is not an ingredient you want in your body!!! Tonight I’m able to mix up enough to last me for three days to get me through the work week. By sticking them in a beverage container and freezing them I’ll be able to pull them out when needed and all I’ll have to do is add in my #LeanProtein
powder. 🤔 How handy! I really do love Lean on its own with water but every once in awhile it’s nice to mix it up a bit.
Eating healthier doesn’t have to be confusing, overwhelming, expensive or taste gross. You just have to make the decision to do it! One step at a time. Keep your #healthgoals
