It was so hard to pick what to share on National Ice Cream day but here you go. This is how I grew up enjoying ice cream - in the form of a parfait with the following components: Matcha Ice Cream topped with Shiratama (Rice balls), Warabi Mochi (Mochi covered in Roasted Soybean Powder), Red bean, whipped cream and a cherry on top.
