The warm weather has us thinking about tomato season and BLTs! In anticipation, check out this interview with @chefandthef about her favorite, @dukes_mayonnaise — “With a lot of other mayonnaise, you end up tasting the mayo. With Duke’s, it accentuates what you are eating. It is a good foil for the other items on the sandwich, especially a BLT. Duke’s makes the tomato taste like a tomato and the bacon taste like bacon.” Link in Bio: www.achefslifeseries.com/posts/85

Basically, just my normal recipe. In a cup, crack one egg (at room temperature), about one cup of light olive oil, pinch of salt, then blitz with stick blender. May need to add more oil if not thick enough. Stir through about one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. .
Add good dollop of butter and two teaspoons of garlic granules in a frypan and fry for couple of minutes until garlic is golden. Allow to cool and stir through mayo and refrigerate
