HEALTHY HAUL! 🌱❤ Sometimes I look back and think, "how the hell did I eat animals and shit that comes out of animals all those years?!" + then I remember just how brainwashed and unaware I really was. I had no idea that eating animals and their by-products was like playing Russian roulette with my health. I was always told "eggs are healthy source of protein", although now I know they are loaded with cholesterol and trans fats and saturated fats which all increase one's risk of heart disease. 🍳💔I also never knew that they come from a chicken's ass-vagina which makes them incredibly unappealing. 😝🤐 I never knew just how cruelly animals are treated and how babies in the dairy industry are taken from their mothers and butchered simply because of the species they were born. 🐄🐐🐣I never knew that bacon came from pigs that were kept in crates so small they could barely turn around.🐷😢 I didn't realize that billions of animals were locked up for their entire lives in factories out of sight, dirty, diseased, and unable to feel the sunlight on their skin only to have their lives ended with a bolt to the head and a blade piercing their necks.😿 I was completely unaware. I guess it was easier that way. If I didn't know of the suffering I was causing animals or the damage I was causing my own body, I was blissfully free to eat whatever I wanted.
Cut to 2016 when I finally learned the truth and acknowledged my need to change. 💥💫💭 Nowadays, I'm feeling healthy and I'm so thankful to have become aware and to have changed my ways because I now feel a real meaning in my life and a responsibility to be mindful of and compassionate towards all beings. 😚🐶🐴🐵🐞🐱🐘🐷🐮🐏🐟🐔🐰🐋🐌🐝 I feel that animal liberation is part of my purpose and I'm so grateful to be living this lifestyle. It is cliché AF but going vegan was the best decision I've ever made.🌿👏 I'm telling you, you will feel the same if you'd try it!
