It may be summer but I do crave for pasta some nights. So what better way to end the work week than with #fridaynightpastanight ? I made this creamy #vegan mushroom and spinach Alfredo last weekend 😍 This #pasta 🍝 recipe is also great for those of you with children who are fussy eaters as you can blend as much veggies as you want to ‘hide’ them 😅 You can also lighten up this dish by using zoodles instead of pasta 😊 Recipe below👇👇👇 • • • In a pan on medium height heat, heat 1/2 tbsp of olive oil. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1/2 sliced red onion and fry until fragrant. Then add 150g of sliced mushrooms and 1 tsp @as n_elk vegetable stock and fry until cooked. In a blender, place this mushroom mixture, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, 1/4 cup cashews, 2-3 handful of baby spinach and 3/4 cup soy milk and blend until nice and creamy. In a pan on medium height heat, heat 1/2 tbsp of olive oil. Add 1 clove of minced garlic and 1 sliced red onion and fry until fragrant. Then add 2 sliced carrots, 200g sliced mushrooms and 1 tsp @san_elk vegetable stock and cook until the carrots are tender. Add the creamy mushroom sauce that you just blended and allow the sauce to bubble. Then stir in 2-3 handful baby spinach and 1/3 cup fresh parsley. Turn off the heat. Cook pasta or zoodles enough for 4 people. I used @sanremopasta fettuccine. Stir in the pasta or zoodles into the sauce. If you find your pasta sauce too thick, add some soy milk. GOOEY VEGAN COOKIE RECIPE 🍪 these are honestly so soft and gooey and so easy to make! They take about 10 mins prep and 15 mins to bake 👌🏼 let me know if you make them! (whip em up them this weekend?) * ingredients: 1️⃣100g vegan butter 2️⃣100g brown sugar or coconut sugar 3️⃣1tsp golden syrup (optional) 4️⃣60ml plant milk (i used hazelnut) 5️⃣100g coconut flour 6️⃣100g plain flour 7️⃣1tsp baking powder 8️⃣1tsp bicarbonate of soda 9️⃣pinch of salt. 🔟120g dark chocolate cut into chunks 🍫 * method: 1️⃣pre-heat the oven to 180 and line a baking tray with baking proof paper. 2️⃣cream together the butter, sugar and golden syrup with a wooden spoon. 3️⃣pour in the plant milk and mix together 4️⃣next add the dry ingredients and mix together to form a cookie dough 5️⃣mix in the chopped chocolate chips and roll the dough into small balls and pop on the tray, smush slightly with the back of a spoon. 6️⃣bake for 15 mins and then enjoy! 🍪👏🏼 * Best served warm with a glass of hazelnut milk 🥛🍪
I made this amaaaazing Coconut Milk Curry 😍 ... ✨RECIPE✨ Ingredients: - 1-2 tbsp Thai curry paste - 1 big onion chopped - 4 garlic chopped - 1tbsp ginger chopped - 1/2 can tomato extract - 200ml coconut milk - 200ml soy cream - Any combination of the following: cooked chickpea, soaked cashews, palm hearts, mushrooms, fresh coconut (I used all of them 🙃) - cut in small 'squares' - Garam massala Recipe: 👉 Fry onion and garlic until golden 👉 Add coconut and fry until light brown 👉 Add Curry paste and stir for 10min, then add tomato extract and stir for more 10 minutes. 👉 All all your square cut ingredients, stir for 5-10 min, add some water if needed. 👉 Add the coconut milk and soy cream, stir well, cooked with the lid close until it bubles. 👉 Correct salt, add garam massala to taste, mix it up and serve with rice :) ... Add all ingredients to a high-speed food processor and blitz to form a sticky mix. Press base into the bottom of desired cake tin (lined, if not silicone) White chocolate layer 1 cup raw cashews, soaked 4 hours 1/3 cup vegan white chocolate chips, melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup coconut milk Pinch salt 1. Drain cashews. Rinse. place in a high-speed blender with remaining ingredients and blend until very smooth. Pour over base and set in freezer 30 mins. Dark chocolate layer 1 cup raw cashews, soaked 4 hours 1/3 cup vegan dark chocolate chips, melted 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup, optional 1/2 cup coconut milk Pinch salt 1. Drain cashews. Rinse. place in a high-speed blender with remaining ingredients and blend until very smooth. Pour over base and set in freezer 4+ hours. 2. remove cake from freezer and tin/mould. Allow to defrost slowly in the fridge, and then decorate as desired )

Zencefilli adamlarımı sade tercih ederim. Kurabiyeler için; 105 gr hindistan cevizi yağı 105 gr hindistan cevizi şekeri 2 keten tohumu yumurtası (2 yk öğütülmüş keten tohumu + 6 yk su) 110 ml pekmez 150 gr siyez unu 180 gr un 3/4 çk karbonat 3 çk zencefil 3 çk tarçın 3/4 çk yenibahar 3/4 çk karanfil 1/4 çk deniz tuzu muskat Yaş malzemelere kuruları karıştırıyoruz. Hamuru sarıp 1 saat buzdolabında bekletiyoruz. Çıkarıp 2 yağlı kağıt arasında 3 ml kalınlığında açıp istediğimiz şekillerde kesiyoruz ve 175 derece fırında 8-10 dakika kadar pişiriyoruz. But I think the weather is still suitable for these warming spicy cookies. And who needs a reason for these cookies? =)) I always love ginger bread cookies but I never enjoy eating the frostings so I kept mine ginger man pretty simple; 105 gr coconut oil 105 gr coconut sugar 2 flax eggs 110 ml molasses 150 gr spelt flour 180 gr flour 3/4 tsp baking soda 3 tsp zencefil 3 tsp tarçın 3/4 tsp allspice 3/4 tsp groud cloves 1/4 tsp sea salt Nutmeg Mix the dry ingredients into wet. Wrap the dough and rest in the fridge for an hour. Make the dough 3 ml thick between two parchment paper. Cut in the desired form and cook for 8-10 minutes at 175 degrees oven. Ayer os comentábamos que lo que más disfrutamos de Oporto en cuanto a comida se refiere fueron los desayunos, y aquí va la primera muestra 🤗En pleno centro de la ciudad encontramos @cafedocomercio , un local pequeño y bonito que ofrece gran variedad de opciones veganas: bowls, zumos, tostadas, bebidas calientes, tortitas, sandwiches, tartas...una gozada🙃Las dueñas además son encantadoras y preparan todo con muchísimo mimo. Hasta nos presentaron a su enano de cuatro patas recién rescatado la semana previa, y que dormía acurrucado en una de las esquinas del local (sí, admiten peludos)🐶Como podéis ver por la foto, el desayuno elegido fue un combo de zumo de naranja, cappuccino, sandwich de salchicha vegana, tarta de chocolate y tortita de plátano y mantequilla de cacahuete 🍹☕️🥪🍰🥞Todo para compartir, gozar, y empezar el día con fuerzas para enfrentarnos a las cuestas y el pateo de la ciudad😃Así sí 👏🏻
BROWNIE ALERT! 😋🍫 Recipe below👇🏼 I have been feeling a bit under the weather yesterday, rather tired and not motivated – and it’s okay to have these days. It’s okay to let these feelings happen. Accept the situation and adapt accordingly, go with the flow and do what feels right in this very moment. So, after dinner, I snuggled into bed with some chocolate knowing that today is going to be better again. 🌟 And guess what? I am feeling so much better today. ☺️ Started my day with 40 minutes of slow yoga, am ready to welcome the weekend after classes and celebrate with some of these KIDNEY BEAN BROWNIES that so many of you have been asking me about when I showed them on my stories! Love to treat myself to some snacks and I’m sure these would’ve hit the spot last night as well. 😁😋 Recipe; 1 can of kidney beans
140 ml oat milk
80g coconut sugar
100g spelt flour 20g coconut/chestnut flour (sub for more spelt flour)
50g cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon Crushed chocolate & buckwheat to go on top Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Blend up kidney beans, oat milk and sugar until smooth. Add your flour, cacao powder, cinnamon and baking powder into a large mixing bowl and give it a good stir. Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix until evenly combined. Add your batter into a silicone mold, sprinkle chocolate and buckwheat on top before baking for about 15-20 minutes. Ugly, homegrown carrots are not essential but the joy in growing and picking them was immense so I highly recommend growing your own! There is something very fulfilling about cooking and eating the food you have grown yourself. Нужно приучить себя кушать фрукты только до 12:00 Если вы не знаете почему не снижается вес и не уходят объемы и при этом занимаетесь спортом, отрегулируйте питание! Может вам стоит завтрак с ужином поменять и все нормализуется! Прислушайтесь к своему организму и ваше тело порадует вас. Итак, что еще можно кушать на перекус #1 - фрукты, сухофрукты, смузи, полезные углеводные батончики. Но лучше все-таки фрукты. Все ягоды (кроме арбуза) с низким гликемическим индексом, они очень полезны! С высоким гликемическим показателем персики и виноград, если хотите нормализовать вес, то лучше ограничить их употребление.
