Been a hot minute since I posted a #wellnesswednesday
on here, so let’s chat for a sec! Imma be honest here and just say, I’ve had better weeks🤷🏼♀️ The first round of midterms is here (yeah what? I’m confused too), I broke my favorite water bottle (honestly tragic, my stickers😭), and don’t even get me STARTED on the dietetic internship search🙉
But on the plus side, I LOVE having classes with everyone in my major and really feeling like what we’re learning is relevant to our careers! Plus, it’s great to be back at school and seeing everyone since I was gone all summer, I’m back in my yoga/barre routine at @dflyhotyoga
, and my roomies and I have had some truly awesome ~foodie~ outings the past few weeks😏
Okay, Anna, what’s your point here?? Well... 1) Just wanted to pop in and say hello👋🏻 since I feel like it’s been a while since I’ve done that! 2) Reminder that it’s cool & great to be authentic in this lil IG world that often feels so highly filtered & curated✨ But it’s also cool & great to share the GOOD stuff!! Even the little things that can perk you up or even turn your day around, like drinking a really tasty iced coffee or stepping on the crunchy leaves that are just starting to fall😌
So even though I’m all for the #letsgetreal
movement, let’s not lose sight of the things that keep us going! It’s great to be honest with people here, but it’s not so great to complain over social media all the time and call it “authenticity”🤷🏼♀️ So this week, let’s keep it REAL but let’s also keep it POSITIVE👊🏻 Happy humpday!!
