Today marks the day that I came to this earth 21 years ago. I am, and will be forever grateful of my family and friends who I have shared this roller coaster of a ride with. Here’s to many more adventures to come 🌴

Throwback to Lions rock in Hong Kong. A view that was so worth the hike up... Definitely a highly recommended hike if you get the chance
The night(s) of our lives, fragrant with memory (in which we are both, stone and light)
The forest is a quiet place if only the best birds sing.
Today I'm off to a trial-run of a potentially new job in graphic design. , and as usual mental illness decides to kick in with the endlessly catastrophising "what ifs". But I am taking it one baby step at a time - my best is still my best, whatever that may be on any given day.
Every now and then I try to experiment with different ideas. In this age of instagram and social media it's all about imagination and creativity. It doesn't matter whether you're a professional or an avid photograher, you just need the right gear, imagination and some good photography skills.
When you're in an awesome location with beautiful weather and you've got the right camera and gear, there's nothing to stop you except maybe for rules and regulations. But sometimes you gotta risk it and break rules to get some dope shots. You'll be stupid though if you put your life or others in danger.
Pick me up by the lakeside.
I'll slip out of my jeans and show you how to swim.
Was great to go back and support my favourite local spot. Grabbed a few father's day gifts for my dad and brother. Had an iced red and chatted/caught up with Jeff...Always a chill vibe. Gonna try to start going every weekend again even if it's just to grab a drink and go. (Edit: by drink I mean coffee...it is not a biker bar despite what people might think...they don't even serve any alcohol)

Managed to ascent to the top of Kenya's Fifth highest Mountain. Next, aiming for Mount Kenya. One good thing with tropical mountains is that they are hotspots for biodiversity. Even as you climb, you get to appreciate and study the various plant and animal species.
It is always a great feeling once you get to the mountain top. It is not just about the awesome view but also the feeling of accomplishment and self achievement. You know very well how hard and difficult the climb was but you pushed yourself. The answer to climbing always lies somewhere between the bottom and the top of the mountain. It requires a great deal of courage, determination and self- motivation.
Postponing the hour of living is like a rustic waiting for the river to run out before he crosses. ~ Horace
Bush barbecue, just how we do it out in the wild. Somebody give me some ribs plus nothing goes to waste out here.
In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks. For going out... is really going in. ~ John Muir.
The interiors of the Summer Palace are richly decorated. The corridors are decorated with a total of more than 14,000 paintings, dating from the late 19th century. Every square cm seems painted. This was partly for practical reasons: paint protects the wood from insects, rain etc. Artists seemingly were left to paint whatever they wanted... birds, fish, flowers, landscapes or, as on this case, scenes from history or mythology. This is perhaps from the story of an assassination attempt on the King of Qin, 228 BC. The idea was that by presenting him with the head of his traitorous general, Fan Wuji, the would-be assassin could get close enough to the King to murder him. Fan Wuji thought it was a good idea, and agreed to be decapitated for this noble purpose. The King was saved by his doctor, who threw his medicine bag at the attacker. *
