Yesterday i received kind words of a follower, and that was really touching... because it reminded me that I’m not in bodybuilding for the money or fame (i wouldn’t mind them tho), but to help people... but i also received negative coments of hatred telling me that my physique is flawed... well i fucking hope it is, im a work in progress, we all are, there is no perfect body... but we, the iron nation, are the ones that work hard to get it! Another day, another Christmas tree selfie! Today I'm officially 36! Every year that I get older, the less I feel old...😂! Maybe I've just learned not to care about the number anymore, or maybe it's just that life is pretty good right now, so I'm perfectly happy with where I'm at! 35 was good to me, but I have a feeling that 36 will be even better!!
My workout this morning was supposed to be legs, but since my legs are still sore I'm giving them a break. I did Biceps, Triceps and Abs instead. Happy Tuesday babes!

I do this to feel better. I want to feel better in all aspects of life. I am a very very anxious person and it affects me in all aspects of life. I workout to help manage my anxiety. It is something that has been working very well for the past couple months.
