Is it nap time already 😴😵🤤💛
Hello world! Happy monday😘😘😘😘
I co sleep with my daughter 😔🙃🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ It’s easier for me because she is breastfed and it helps her sleep through the night. The co sleeping wasn’t as consistent now, as it was before and because of that I tried asking other moms about how their children sleep through the night and if they sleep in their crib? And, what methods do they use in order for them to get their child to sleep at night in their crib. One mom told me she puts her daughter (maybe 6mnth old) to sleep on her stomach and that she sleeps through the night. She said her mom, who works in the medical field, advised her to because it is more comfortable for the baby. I can agree that even for me sleeping on my tummy and my side are some of the most cozy and comfy ways to sleep but I am just too afraid of going against recommendation of drs on that.
Another mom told me the CRY IT OUT method. I just can not🙅🏾♀️. When my daughter is sleepy around her nap time and she may be crying while I am trying to clean something, she will continue to cry and get louder and really worked up! I can’t deal with having her lay in her crib and cry herself to sleep. And at night when I am really tired?! It would break my heart listening to her cry out. So it’s going to be a no for me on that too. I guess co sleeping for half the night it is. (I do try to start her night off in the crib)
🗣What do you think about the “cry it out method”? 👇🏾👇🏾What do you think about co sleeping?👇🏾👇🏾
