Thai Red Curry for dinner today. So I have found that the most convenient and cost effective way to stay on this clean eating vegan diet is to make one large smoothie in the morning and sip it throughout the day. Have cumin tea when you wake up. Then have some kind of vegetable stirfry/curry dish in the evening followed by another cup of cumin tea. And voila. Not to much work and minimal dishes. All you gotta do is buy fruits and veggies, Protien powder, oats, hemp seeds , oil, spices and almond milk and you are good to go. #28dayreset#vegan#vegetarian#blogilates

When your plans get canceled last minute so you make the best of a bad situation and go out for a stroll by yourself on this unseasonably warm January Sunday 😊 Honestly, guys, just remember you can always turn a bad situation into a good one. You don't have to feel negative - that's a choice. I'll admit I was pretty skeeved they canceled literally 5 minutes before i was going to leave to meet up with them, but hey I got so many errands done that I've been putting off and I finally took some time to walk around by myself for some must needed me time. I also got my dad a new phone cause he desperately needs a new one (still using my old iphone 5s dinosaur) Super productive Sunday ☀️🌸😁 Also, it feels damn weird to be in normal clothes for once. Hello! My name is Morgan (for those who don't know me). I have decided to start piit28 tomorrow (again, I've completed it a few times). I'm not going to take my weight or measurements. I'm in it to get stronger and I love the way I feel with it . Weight doesn't matter to me. J’aime pas dire ça mais c’est bien vrai 🙊 il faut dire qu’avec mes horaires de travail les moins fixes au monde et les pauses qui sautent... je n’arrive pas à me faire des repas « normaux » 😯
Je mange souvent des bêtises de la boulangerie 😧 soit je mange 2 chocolatines à la journée soit je mange un trop plein de viennoiseries à en avoir mal au ventre 😒
Mais mon poids ne bouge pas beaucoup, ouf 😆
Sauf que je commence à avoir des boutons 😡 et mon teint est un peu plus terne, mes cheveux aussi 🤔 et ça doit résulter de ma mauvaise alimentation 💭
Et je n’ai pas trop la pêche non plus 🍑 Quelle horreur non ? 🤧
Je devrais avoir des horaires plus sympa fin février, vu que c’est moi qui ferai mes plannings 🤫 Alors en attendant je serre les dents et espère retrouver un rythme sportif et alimentaire convenable 😳 mais en attendant il faut que je fasse attention à ne pas prendre de poids ⚠️
C’est important de stabiliser son poids de temps en temps pour ne pas ruiner ses efforts et aussi d’habituer son corps à un palier 😋
Car avant je stabilisais plus facilement à 65kg qu’à 55kg 😶 M’enfin ce week-end a quand même été chaud chaud cacao pour la bouffe alors la semaine prochaine je vais faire gaffe 😊

Sometimes your own workout plan is just a culmination of several sources. That's okay. I'm telling myself this over and over, because I struggle with feeling like it's not okay.
