This week's #DessertOfTheWeek
isn't gonna be short but oh so sweet. A lot of people are impressed with all the crazy food I come up with/make, but like any skill out there, it doesn't come without making some mistakes. As Jake the Dog would say, "Sucking at something is the first step towards becoming sorta good at something." This week, I tried to make a blueberry and coconut creme popsicle, but they kinda fell apart when I took them outta the mold, I didn't have enough vanilla, and the ratios were off between the coconut and the blueberry. But I still went full tilt on a cool idea, and I'm still able to enjoy the fruits of my labor. And in the end, that's what food is about. Like any art, "we don't make mistakes; we just have happy accidents."
