W9D6 most sound my technique has felt thus far. Same weight for my top tempo single, but was able to throw up 260 LBS X 5 @7 wait till the end!

Allergies hit me hard this past week so I wasn't feeling as strong as normal. Doesn't matter though still pushed my self hard and made progress. I've added 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 25 weighted situps, and 25 dumbbell side core raises between my 5x5 working sets making them giant sets. So far I've been using 15lbs medicine ball for situps and 30lbs and 40lbs dumbells for side core raises.
Thursday was press day
Amrap 135lbs bench press for 12 reps
5x5 working giants set 145lbs bench press
80lbs 5x5 push press
95lbs 5x5 incline bench supersetted with 20lbs and 25lbs dumbell flys
115lbs machine chest flys supersetted with farmers walk using 55lbs bumbbells with fat gripz
Today was Deadlift or pull day
Amrap 135lbs deadlift for 15reps
5x5 working giant set with 230lbs deadlift
5x5 160lbs barbell rows
5 sets of lat Cable pull downs at 120lbs
