Strict overhead military presses earlier today to start my shoulder session 👌 Well.. the sets before this were strict but I wanted to get some new weight on the bar so went for a one rep with 185lbs and tried to keep it strict but that didn’t happen lol. Was gonna rack it but then said to myself FUCK THAT. At least forcing myself to get one rep with a little bounce from the bottom so my body could feel the weight.
Was it a strictly performed rep ? No BUT my body still now has felt that weight for the first time in a standing position. Next time it will be easier. Progressive overload is key and what my @confessore_conditioning

Wanted to post this on my story the other day but for whatever reason the quality kept gettin all messed up..and I liked it so now I’m gonna post it here, for all yous guyses, cuz u kare. ‘Offseason’ so things aren’t super tight ‘specially in that midsection, but it’s a good sign things are moving in a good direction. A direction where the character of a man isn’t judged on the quality of his most muscular, but the density of his mustache. May you all continue to have as fruitful a mustache growing season 👨🏻
