Back Day 🦍 . The rest period in between these exercises is 1 minute! We want to burn as much fat and keep our heart rate up for this bodybuilding routine . Started the day off with some Pull-ups followed by Lat Pull downs, just do as many as you can (3 sets) and don’t focus on a specific number for your reps! . I then went on to perform my Close Grip Cable Rows for 4 sets of 12-15 reps! . Next exercise was Single Arm Dumbell Rows 3 sets 12-15 each arm . Last but not least just threw in 2 arm movements because everyday is obviously Arm Day 💪🏽 . 3 sets of 12 for the Cable Curls and Tricep Pushdowns . ✅ Follow @bbryanfelixx for MORE!

Your arms bend like they would on a biceps curl, but the weight is a lot heavier because you’re engaging more muscles.⠀ ➖⠀ ✅ TRICEPS: Bench Press and Overhead Press work your triceps hard. You’re pressing the weight away on every rep. Your arms straighten like they would on a Skull Crusher, but the weight is heavier because more muscles are involved.⠀ ➖⠀ ✅ FOREARMS: Deadlifts work your forearms hard. Avoid straps. Squeeze the bar hard, use chalk and use a mixed grip on your max sets.⠀ ➖⠀ Another reason you must focus on getting stronger on Squats and Deadlifts to build bigger arms is that these work your arms indirectly. Your arms squeeze the bar hard during heavy Squats & Deadlifts, which will make them grow.⠀ ➖⠀ That said, you could add Chin Ups and Dips for extra arm work. These exercises are better than Biceps Curls or Skull Crushers because the weight is heavier. Chin Ups force you to pull your own weight. Your body weight is heavier than the weight you’d use on a Bicep Curl.
