Study done by the GOAT @bradschoenfeldphd . Obviously this is one study so we can't take it as a fact, but very interesting nonetheless. I'm personally a big fan of the mind muscle connection & do utilize it in my training.

Figured I'd shoot an entire process of just one set during my leg days. With my knee wraps to my brace to the last stretch of the lower back to actually doing he set is a huge and lengthy process. It doesn't have to be but I like to have a routine. The back brace helps with preventing lower back pain and injury. Same with my knee wraps, with my knee injury last year I become smarter about keeping my knees strong and not trying to injure them again. It may seem silly to most of you but this is how I go through my day. ✊🏽👏🏽🙌🏽
