#sundayfunday has become #pumpday for me. Had a really great chest and tricep workout today and I'm so happy and thankful to realy feel like I'm getting back into the lift of things. I went into today's workout with the mentality of "I want a workout that makes me drip with sweat and I can feel like a beast" and I got just that. Really focusing on making mind & muscle connection to really feel the muscles being activated and I think I really needed this kind of training. Thankfully the tendinitis has almost subsided so maybe just a couple more weeks of treatments and I'll be back to fully healed soon. 😊
