...And you think bulking is easier than cutting? 😑 . As hard as it is for some people to lose weight, it's also as hard for skinny people to gain weight and build muscle! We are skinny for a reason...cause we dont eat!!!! So imagine having to eat 5 to 6 meals a day with protein and a high volume of carbs and fats! 😷😵 . People tell me how lucky I am for being able to eat so much food and not gain weight that easily, but the reality is NO! It's not that fun or that easy and, sometimes, not that enjoyble to be consistently on a calorie surplus for at least 4 months straight! . Sometimes, I've had to push myself to eat a meal even though Im not hungry. Other times, I feel bloated and heavy, and a few times, I dont even have appetite at all! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ . But guess what!? This is part of the process and part of the sacrifices I have to do in order to accomplish my fitness goals. There is no magic pill, or shakes that will get me there! I want bigger legs and I'm working hard for it! I gotta eat, Eat, EAT!!!! it takes lots of food and weights to build a bigger physiche! #TwoMoreMonthsToGo 💪😎 . ------ ESPAÑOL--------- . La etapa de aumento no es tan facil como crees! . Asi como es dificil para algunos bajar de peso, para nosotros, de contextura delgada, es dificil subir de peso y aumentar masa muscular! . La gente piensa que soy muy afortunada que pueda comer mucho sin subir de peso. Pero creeme que comer mas de lo que necesito, de 5 a 6 comidas diarias, y por 4 meses no es facil! Aveces me toca obligarme a comer aunque no tenga hambre sientiendome inflamada y pesada y aveces hasta ni tengo apetito en todo el dia. Pero tengo que cumplir con mis comidas! . Para construir musculo se necesita mucha comida, especialmente carbos y grasas y de levantar pesas. ✖️HOW TO GET YOUR DREAM BODY✖️ . 1) Schedule your workouts. You can’t be relying on motivation to get you off the couch and into the gym. By scheduling out when you’ll be working out, it causes you to work on using your discipline to show up. Which ultimately is what will get you the results you’re looking for. Discipline over motivation. . 2) Follow a plan. Fail to plan, plan to fail. Don’t be going into the gym guessing what you want to train that day as that’ll get you no where near your goals. Instead, I encourage you to find a plan or hire a coach who will create one for you and follow it without deviating from the path. Do this and you’ll achieve your desired end result. . 3) Eat sensibly. Poptarts and pizza won’t properly fuel you towards achieving that dream bod. Learn how to track your macronutrients and figure out how you need to have your nutrition set up to achieve your goal. Again, this is where a coach can provide guidance in teaching you and providing you with the tools to do all this yourself. . So, are you doing all 3 of these things?

Had a Friday night swolemate sesh with @rutcal09 @baplemacon and @danjoseph13 at @the_forge_strength_gym followed by some Mexican food and Margaritas 💪🏼🍸 Started with bench press and flys and ended with dumb bell rows and lat pulldowns (with some goofing around in between 😜) Amelia and Dan have the NASA Kansas Regional Powerlifting competition coming up and I know they’ve got what it takes! (P.s. wait til the end of the first video!😆)

Fall down once, get back up twice 💪🏼 During my first attempt at 115lbs, I failed on my 5th rep. I knew I could do 5 reps, so I did two more sets and got all 5 reps on both. 👏🏼👏🏼 Recently I have been having issues with my hip flexors, so I did a couple warm up exercises that seemed to help. Although my depth needs improvement, I am still seeing progress and did add 2 more reps to my 105 lb PR! Overall a very good leg workout with @rutcal09 at @the_forge_strength_gym 👊🏼 Forge is new to Independence so if you live near the area you should come by! I got my cuteeee outfit from @lexijade_zyia with my gift card from a giveaway MMA fighter @kaytlinkatnissneil had awhile ago. 😍 I’m in loveee. Nice quality and squat tested. 🤙🏼
