Working on learning the proper form with the #pausesquats ... Just recently I understand what people meant by listening to your body. I was using the cue “bend the bar over your back” when squatting ... very popular cue I think ... but I was getting my elbows obliterated after 3 sets. Looking for answers Mr @phdeadlift suggested kinesthetic cues as opposed to “verbal/visual” cues.... well it has worked wonders for my elbows!! So to anyone and everyone! Porquê fazer supino com as pernas para cima??? 🤔 Quando executamos o supino reto da forma "padrão "(pés no chão), temos uma estabilidade maior, mais equilíbrio e mais apoio, assim conseguimos aumentar as cargas. No caso da aline, fiz essa variação porque ela estava sentindo incômodo na região lombar, então...pedi a ela que fizesse uma flexão de quadril em isometria até o término do exercício. Desse jeito conseguimos aliviar a pressão da lombar e deixar o core mais ativado durante o exercício, porém perdemos a estabilidade e ganhamos mais instabilidade, temos menos equilibrio, menos apoio, menos força, mas... ganhamos tbm mais postura. 😁👍🏼 Segue mais uma dica do Galático pra vcs!
