Always learning... I think this is gonna be the best batch yet. Thanks to my lovely wife, she skinned and applied the wet cure... i dry cured it a few extra days, then we applied our "rhymes with orange" to one of the slabs. Orange, cinnamon, habanero bacon. Ugggh i can't wait to fry this up...

). It makes it so easy, and I never really need much variety.

for dinner and both ended up ordering the 10oz bacon wrapped filet with a bleu cheese topping and a side of jumbo grilled shrimp. We also shared some bacon wrapped shallots as an app and I *gasp* had some Caesar salad (I did not eat the veggies though). It was

Don’t give up on your journey. There will be months when don’t lose any weight, there might be some when you gain, but the key is knowing it’s a lifestyle change and that you’ll never give up and go back to where you started.
Don’t get overwhelmed with thinking about losing 50lbs, instead think about making the right choice every single day. You can’t control a lot of things in this world, but one thing you can control is what you put in your mouth, how many times a week you work out, whether or not you’re going to cheat this weekend, etc.
I provide you guys with the information I wish I had when I was first starting off. Tips, meal ideas, easy and delicious recipes and a little motivation here and there 😉The choice is in your hands🤗

It’s pretty boring but it’s keto friendly and delicious! Seasoned taco meat with cheese and sour cream. I’d normally have pico or guacamole too but I forgot and I’m not about to go to the store when my kids are minutes from bed time 🤷🏻♀️
Back in action! Made chicken breasts with Keto Alfredo sauce and spinach- best dinner I’ve made in awhile! Keto doesn’t always have to feel “restrictive!” 💪🏻

Hi y’all !!👋 I’m Patricia, I’ve started Keto in May ‘18. Why? Cause I listened to my body, I always felt like crap after eating pasta, potatoes, bread, and when I came upon keto I was glad to see that what you can eat is all the food I love and doesn’t make me feel bad after eating.
Things I’ve notice that change since I’m on keto
* My skin in clearer, I only breakout a tiny bit before shark week, and if I cheat..
* My energy level has never been this high, I’m not lethargic anymore in the morning and I WANT to move.
* My guts felt better, until I abused of coffee ( gotta take it easy with a gastritis, but its sooo good!). 😣
* Not craving for chocolate bar 🍫 anymore ( anyone who knows me, knew I was a chocoholic, using cocoa/cacao powder now 🤪) * Seeing food on a total other angle, looking more for nutritious, whole food. * I don’t know if it’s just me, but I think it kinda change my taste, things I used to love ( carbs or sweet) found them gross now and can taste the artificial flavour
