Annnnd since I use my IG as my "weightloss diary" and I'm pretty sure I don't really care to hide my weight struggles again. I figured this might help someone to not give up.
This is the most progress I have made (on my own consistently) in two years since my initial weight loss of 80 pounds (50 of that I regained after returning to my country from Bible College). So believe me when I say I am proud of myself right now for always trying, even when I fail. *pats self on the back* 😄
P.s. I'm pretty sure that body fat% is wrong but after watching 100 YouTube tutorials I still have no idea how to use a body caliper. And I obviously don't know where my waist is since I wear my clothes in two spots, so I measure both lol. 😂😂😂😂😂 Okay excuse me while I go back to dying with this flu. 😷
Dinner was grilled chicken with a lemon cream sauce and “black bean” spaghetti noodles that are 4 net carbs per 2oz serving... #ketopolice it doesn’t kick me out of Ketosis so it does work for ME.. here are a few pic from my nieces bday party @cacquista Laila! Feeling unsure and lost is apart of your journey.....don’t avoid it, just see what those feelings are showing you and use the hell out of it!! Take a breathe, it will be ok.

Snack. We were out running errands and the family went to Jack in the box. My husband got two bunless burgers and the kids got kid stuff 😆 I enjoyed my Diet Root beer and then came home to this plate of deliciousness! Galic salt on my Avo. It was the perfect ripeness. 🥑💕👍🎉
