Suggested 2-3 sets, 10-12 reps:
1. Body plank with dumbbell row (10-12 reps each arm)
2. Lateral plank with dumbbell row (10-12 reps each side)
3. Supine chest press with straight leg raise into Supine fly with straight leg raise
4. Dumbbell rocking chair sit-up
5. Cardio BURST: narrow to sumo squat hop
6. Back lunge tricep press with single leg kick (10-12 reps each leg)
7. Sumo bench squat to dumbbell upright row
8. Single leg bench squat to overhead raise
9. Walk down spider-woman plank

We teach people how to treat us! You may not even be aware of it. Body language is huge. What's your body language telling friends, family, co-workers and criminals?
Albert Mehrabian's 7-38-55 Rule of Personal Communication. ... In fact, Prof. Mehrabian quantified this tendency: words, tone of voice, and body language respectively account for 7%, 38%, and 55% of personal communication.
I often see this as a First Responder when someone is agitated on a scene. That person starts looking directly into everyone's and sizing them up. Searching for a sign of weakness and it's often found by body language. It then turns to looking for that opportunity to go after them. In split second you can have someone in your space verbally and physically.
When our body language is showing weakness, then the predators will prey on you. Just like rest of the animal world picks their prey. When you walk, do it with your head up and shoulders out plus a little arm swing. You don't want to be stiff as a board. Talk with your head up, shoulders back and stand evenly on both feet. This not only shows confidence, it will bring up your own personal energy. These simple tips can and will change and help you be safe on the street.
