30 day flex challenge came to an end its only fitting to post the results and changes. Starting 12 November weighing in at 72,4kg and 8,8% body fat and doing all the pop up challenges and weekly challenges in combination of my regular 12 hour days and work schedules was growling. This meant food and sleep needed to be a serious priority. But after 30 days I’m proud to say my current physique Is at 73,9kg and gone down too 7,2% body fat and leaner than i have ever been!

Safe to say the challenge was a success. Not only was it challenging physically and mentally, it was also a ton of fun trying to keep up with @chris.bold
So just a massive shoutout to these guys and @jes423
For making this happen! Onto the next challenges, preferably not Crossfit or Leg based though. Just saying!✌🏻 So if i can do it, sure as hell you can! Just put your mind to it!💪🏼
