This week has honestly been absoultely amazing and i feel like finally all my hard work is paying off 💓 all those nights crying,all those doctor visits, for the first time i feel like its working,like i actually CAN have a life outside my ED. Something just "clicked" on monday, idk what it was but ive been so so much happier lately and i can actually SEE myself getting my life back 💚 im texting friends at 3am again, im talking to people again, im going places, watching tv,spending time with family,im singing,dancing,living💛 i can SEE my progress, im not just hearing people saying ive got the life back in my eyes again, i can SEE that i have fragments of life in my eyes, i can FEEL myself smiling all the time-just like i used to, i can FEEL myself being more present and i can FEEL myself thinking about things beyond numbers and excuses. I can SEE and FEEL my life slowly coming back to me and im so so ready to welcome it 💝

You especially aren’t random fat people’s doctor. You don’t know their health plans, what exercise they do, the state of their health, any existing conditions they may have, you don’t know any of it. And you’re not entitled to know.

Day 9/25 Thankful for all the positive body image women God has crossed my path with on social media this year. Christian counselling and the power of God helped me heal from addictions and an eating disorder and God has continued the healing through other women’s posts on Instagram that have super healthy mindsets towards their bodies and have positive/uplifting self talk habits. Praying that my account can be to others what they have been to me! Today one of the women I follow wrote about sometimes the unpopular and awkward parts of your personality are actually the most awesome! That you should just work them with confidence and not try to change yourself. She said her life changed the day she decided that other’s opinions of her was none of her business. She oozeses beauty and it’s not because of her body but her confidence! Her “owning” her unique and sometimes changing body, with no apologies to any one for being different! Love it!! Praying you and I can wear our bodies with confidence too! We are works of art after all! Jesus calls us His masterpiece! #twentyfivedaysofthankfulness

Do you know what your hair looks like (on all different places of your bod)? I’ve haven’t been a regular shaver for a couple of years, but recently decided I wanted to look what the hair on my body really looked like. I used to be afraid of growing my hair too long for work, but encouraged by my friend @marteboneschansker
decided that representation of women with hair is important, and I could always shave if needed for or at a job 🤷🏼♀️. So for now, I’m nursing these homegrown little fellows but maybe later I let @billie

I ordered this rad #happyfatty
shirt from @fatgirlflow
, but since the site was out of my normal size, I ordered a size down. We can clearly see that this shirt doesn’t cover the belly.
My big bottom belly is one of the hardest parts of my body that I’ve been learning to love. I’ve spent years trying to conceal it and was always envious of fatties rocking their #vbo
. Loving mine has been a challenge.
Today when I put on my new shirt for the first time and realized it doesn’t really cover my whole belly (I was *blessed* with an extremely long torso + small shirt), I started to feel a little sad and frustrated. I had to check myself and mentally recite some affirming things about it being okay to have my belly out, and okay that I’m still a little uncertain about how I feel about this whole thing.
I spent some time mulling over these photos considering which to post and delete. I began to feel a little bit of.. tenderness.. then realized I should post them BECAUSE it makes me feel challenged.
I know I’m not the only person who deals with these kinds of things, so I wanted to share a moment of vulnerability and say that it’s okay to exist in your body exactly as it is. It deserves love. It’s also okay if you’re not sure if you’re ready to give it all of that yet. I hope we’ll get there someday. 💜

HOME BUTT WORKOUT (WITH A BAND) | Get this baby done either at home or at the gym (to finish off a heavy weighted leg session)
1. Banded Hip Thrust (from a chair or Bench) x 15-25 reps x 2 sets
2. Banded Bulgarian Split Squat x 15-25 each leg x 2 sets
3. Banded Hip Abduction x 30-35 reps x 2 sets
Repeat these all as straight sets, rather than superset-ing (performing back to back).
