This morning I decided to skip breakfast and go straight to the gym. So this is what I had for breakfast/lunch. A veggie burger with 3 eggs and mustard 😋😋
I wanted to tell you guys a little bit more about waist training. I started working out the passed two day and both of the days I used my waist trainer. I love using it because it helps me keep my posture, keeps my stomach sucked in at all time and it’s helping me get more definition around my waist. I super recommend having one when you do your workouts or even using it during the day. ❤️
You can't control everything. Sometimes you just need to relax and have faith things will work out. Let go a little and let life happen.
