[ Mind + Body + Spirit Transformation ]
This is probably my favourite before & after to share. Because it is my own. 4 years ago I was in such a bad place mentally, in turn, my body took the fall for what I was leaving out of my daily routine. I have always been quite a toned woman. My tummy is always small & I have always been able to see the outline of my abs. My thighs were always big and my bootay... well, by now you've seen that big girl a million times LOL... However, I am human too and sometimes we get a little off track. I was so lucky to be surrounded by people who had my back at this time which lead me to discover my full potential. I founded The EveryBODY Collective to help other women like me discover theirs too. Through educating them about womens health, fitness, moving our bodies the RIGHT way, not just ANY WAY - quick fixing everything, not working on the areas of a woman's body that count. I tailored a program to suit WOMEN, because lets face it, we have different make up's and we should not be training like a man. Specific movements put together in 1 simple 4 week program. I'm so proud to be an ambassador for my own brand, programs and lifestyle. I now get to coach women all over the globe to be an ambassador for themselves & their own life

Another one of my favorite exercises for glutes and hamstrings the unilateral dumbbell deadlift. Placing the stabilizing leg on a raised surface allows you to stretch deeper and align your weight distribution better for enhanced activation on he working leg. Super form from my client @kyla_pm

Sounds strange to some but a day that's full of classes and being continuously busy is the perfect day. It keeps your mind alive and revs those endorphins going!

Omkring 300 bilder puts väck! Tjaaarååå! 😃🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ MEN träningen är en STOR del av mitt liv så varför inte ha åtminstone nån bild bara för att visa alla vem fan jag är! Never give up on a dream because of the times its going to take. The time will pass anyway so you might aswell use it doing something you love! And most of all never change your dream because someone told you that you cant do that! I absolutely love the quote "go ahead tell me that im not good enough. Tell me that i cant do it because i will show you over and over again that i can!" If you want it go out and get it! Believe you can and your half way there!
